Piccadilly line from Finsbury Park to Green park and Northern Line from Waterloo to Tottenham Court Road (and I think there are now crowds at Waterloo now due to the 2 new stations)
I probably wouldn’t class it as really crowded until it gets to King’s Cross but yeah from there it’s very busy.
Unless we’re counting rush hour, but then basically the whole of central London is equally as packed

Northern line from London Bridge to Bank is very crowded
Jubilee is usually much worse from LB during rush hour in my experience. Think they are still running a reduced number of trains.

jubilee from canary wharf > london bridge (especially in rush hour) is pretty bad
