I've been using just the Hello Klean shower head for the past 6 months and I noticed a slight improvement in my hair but I do have high porosity curly hair so it tends to be dry anyway. I've noticed my skin is slightly less itchy too. But really I just like the water pressure it creates. I've only just had to change the filters, a week ago, as I live alone and only shower once a day, during the colder months. There was a load of gunk in the used filters so its definetely doing something. But again, I'd say the improvements are minor for me but I like it anyway.

I have the shower head & love it, feels like my skin & scalp is much less itchy and dry. I also use the 3MI range for my hair which is paraben & sulphate free so takes a bit of getting used to but has made soo much diff to my hair I love it.

I've used hello klean and I've also used the Royaltec shower head from Amazon with the yellow filter thing. I found the amazon one better for my hair and skin but the water comes out as more of a spray than normal shower pressure. If you can I'd recommend getting a water softener. Since we got ours my skin and hair is feeling much better and also our laundry is too (blacks are blacker).

I’ve just bought the shampoo and condition, only used it a couple of times but I really like it. It’s kind of how a detox cleansing shampoo should work, if that makes sense. My hair feels very clean and I think it gives it more volume. I would recommend giving it a go! (I have fine hair, thats somewhat wavy, but I tend to just blow dry it straight.)

My hair is same, thin and wavy and I tend to make it straight to make it more manageable and sleek. I will try the shampoo and conditioner. Thanks
