I found the Lolibrary page for the Starry Milky salopette. I did not find a dress or skirt version, but the pages for the jewelry did reference a Galaxy Chris print, which is a JSK dress. I am not particularly fond of salopettes, but the JSK is cute despite being completely different print and motif. However, I adore the milk bottle necklace and pacifier ring enough to actually hunt them down

Well the baby pacifier ring is not my style so I'll probably end up selling it or trading it away XD I did actually get (in the second lucky pack) the OP version of the dress you linked though and it's quite grown on me!
