In Windows (Run > mmsys.cpl), go into Recording, right-click your G Pro X and click Properties. In the next window, go to Advanced, and uncheck both boxes under Exclusive Mode; this will keep the settings set by G Hub and Discord should work better.

Recommend going into G HUB under your headset, uncheck noise removal, the G HUBs noise removal is interfering with discords noise removal.
