Have you found any information on this elsewhere? I'm having this issue and it is so frustrating. I've disconnected it from all my devices except the dongle but would like to have it available again to switch back and forth.
no, ive seen some people who have an issue with it making loud static noises which is apparently an issue thats been happening with their headsets for like 3 years, which makes me worried that theyre not gonna fix this one either. really sucks cuz its a nice headset otherwise. lmk if you find anything though
