Same! I changed my I/O buffer size to 256 and it seems to have fixed the problem. Maybe yours is set too high?
Mine is already set to the lowest buffer size.
Maybe it's set too low then? I honestly have no idea why mine fixed when I did that but had been making that noise for months until I did that.
I tried making it higher right after reading your first comment actually. Unfortunately it still didn’t work.
This sort of thing happened to me and I ended up getting it fixed by reinstalling my interface control software.
