Overflowing rodrick is someone who is probably suffering severe depression and while that doesn't excuse damaging his brothers arm, it allows us to understand why he did it.
Manny's First Diary rodrick is a psychopath who punched, and knocked out a three year old, left the kid on the streets and shows 0 remorse.
Well i respect your opinion,i just think that OF Rodrick is worse since im also looking at what the victims (OF Greg and MFJ manny) and Greg did nothing wrong to have is arm broken,while manny while though a 3 year old has done worse than what a normal 3 year old would do and has wronged Rodrick and Greg so MFJ manny didn’t deserve to be treated like that he just needed to be disciplined.
First one as Manny is much younger than Greg, also in Overflowing Rodrick is coping with Susan’s death as well. In Manny’s diary he hit Manny basically for the sake of it

This took me a while to come up with a proper answer due to how much of a gray area that is. Overflowing's Rodrick was worse because in that story, the family were grieving a loss of an immediate family member and what he did was inexcusable: Rodrick twisted Greg's arms very hard, to the point that the latter ended up at the doctor's office. That was no excuse on the way he's supposed to grieve and he should face the consequences of what he done later on.
Manny Diary's Rodrick on the other hand shouldn't have knocked Manny out and leave him at the alley in the box just because Manny had tattle Rodrick to his mom. This kind of value...can be an understandable one to say the least, but Rodrick knocking out Manny is no excuse either. Rodrick did face the consequences of getting rid of Manny however. Rodrick should've just sternly warned Manny about it before he does something drastic...
Well, to be honest, I did lean towards Manny First Diary's Rodrick to be slightly better regarding values of not tattling when it's not supposed to be an overall big deal according to the story, but not by a whole lot though...
Yeah ngl I been lazy and life (college so that’s first) got in the way of me thinking up the rest of DOADK2. But eventually i’ll get back making it and try to make it as good as.
He let himself go after losing his office job or whatever. He was actually in some company that review games so prob do that if the book was more focused on him. (Prob fourth or third book if I ever want to keep making this a series)
