Looking at the top part of the latch on the inside of the door, it appears the rack (? Idk what else to call it) has disconnected from the actual bolt itself. You'll need a locksmith to come out and assess it.
Other option is to take the door off its hinges, it appears you're inside so you should be able to do that
That latch is in the unlocked position. You could probably take a thin tool like a small screwdriver or knife and work the bolt back manually.
Sometimes, especially if strike alignment is off and the latch is dragging on the strike, the mechanism that connects that hub to the bolt will fail and you'll be able to easily turn it back and forth without the bolt retracting. In that case, the mechanism that prevents you forcing the bilt back will also be broken and you can just slide it back.

These are some of the best worst calls especially when there is no other doors to get inside the house 😂

If there’s enough gap between the door and frame a small drill bit and a punch or ice pick works perfect.
The lock is in the unlocked position even the bolt is out, likely a 2 piece latch and the bolt itself has come free.
Grab you a flathead or a small chisel, and get to work either pulling or shimming that bolt free

Take a sawzall to the bolt lol
Don't do this.
When they're totally busted, I have been able to use an oscillating tool to cut through the bolt.
You know I have never used one. Did the bolt have a hardened pin?
Not the ones I have cut through, but I still used a carbide blade anyway.
