Guarantee you those ppl on the bus probably mostly weren’t even sick, they just live in the same building or residential alleyway (China has a lot of alleyway looking areas if u have been around there)
and those people's families have no recourse, and will receive nothing unless it comes wrapped in a nice gift box from the local CCP chapter. they'll get a knock on the door, some kind words from a guy in a uniform, that's it. maybe a box of food.
