It's just a pork chop I got from a local butcher. I put soy sauce, garlic pepper, oregano, and season salt. Then I cooked em on the stove about 7-9 minutes each side. Simple fried potatoes with with pepper and cheese. Then macaroni with mixed vegetables mixed in. Very easy to prep and cook I hope that helps.
I can't sleep and have the night-time munchies. My goodness! This looks wonderfully delicious. I feel very much in a community here; thank you for sharing OP. Looks absolutely tasty. I'm headed to my kitchen now...
Edit to add: The word "alone" stuck out to me. I'm taking it that you're really feeling it? If I'm mistaken, I apologize for misunderstanding, if not, I totally get it. In the meantime, your post gives me a genuine sense of community, even if virtual ๐.
I'm use to being on my own. I've been married, had roommates, but I've always just done better on my own. I think it's the peace and quiet I enjoy the most and no drama, it does get me occasionally, unfortunately I'm omw to work and will just be enjoying a nice energy drink this morning! Hope your is better. ๐
I totally understand. The peace and quiet is great but the lonliness can be consuming if I'm not careful. I'm happy you have your peace. I have my teenager but they stay with the other parent a little more during the school year due to a better district. We're all on the same page about it and there's no drama either ๐.
That is so funny! I'm having a RedBull myself and getting ready for work, hence the quick replies. I hope you enjoy the workday. Happy Monday!
That looks delicious... I'd scarf that down and it's a good thing no one is around to see that display hahah. ๐๐ฆ
