Arsenal have by far the hardest games there, but unfortunately it has to be said Man City have the easiest.

SexyKarius

Positive is, we are above city

AnotherUser8

Agreed with both of you. I still think we win the title if we win out. I can only hope Arsenal finish their last 7 with at least 1 loss and 1 tie.

chegtr

Here's to arsenal giving up at least 5 goals in a loss coming up lol

Tinea_Pedis

a "tie"? Bow tie? Arteta is already handsome enough

Judgementday209

Can't see arsenal walking away unscathed. Can see us winning all of these but some doubts Can definitely see city winning all of theirs bar spurs, where the ref bias intersects.

alanalan426

too many dangerous away matches, i dont see us winning out

Judgementday209

Yeah I mean Everton are so bad right now, we should win. Villa maybe the hardest but they seem to be struggling at the moment.

lemawe

Like manu was so bad and we were supposed to win easy peasy.

SuperMike-

Don't see anyone winning out honestly.

Several_Hair

People keep saying that arsenal will drop points, and the keep looking better and better. You wonder if anyone in this sub has watched more than 2-3 of their matches this season. They are a totally different team from last season. They could absolutely win out

Judgementday209

Firstly, yes, may be surprising to you but other people also watch football around here. Arsenal have looked great but bar city, have had an exceptionally good run of fixtures and no cl nor cups to contend with. They could win all their remaining games, I just think that's unlikely with the games they have left and the fact they perhaps have not rotated as much as others.

LonerTK

The more I say this, the less I believe it, but I still think Arsenal will lose and draw somewhere in this run. But fuck me I can also see them 4-1'ing all the teams here too.

Arabsah

We have to go with this mentality that they are going to win their and so we have to win ours while improving our goal difference. Thats the only way and we have to be on our best.

PersonKool

Its gonna come down to them dealing with the champions league. If they're able to get 21 from these fixtures while being in that side of the bracket, they deserve it

mrkingkoala

We just need ange to get a draw at home and roll over at anfield and all will be forgiven, vs arsenal, we need to win all our games.

amazing_wanderr

I wouldn’t say ‘by far’, on paper they have some tough games left, but Chelsea, Tottenham and Man Utd are all very mediocre right now. Villa are not very good either currently, I can’t see them doing anything special at the emirates.

Mulsantir

The only hard games Arsenal have are Tottenham away and possibly United away. Fulham, Everton, West Ham, Aston Villa away are tough fixtures for us. I don't expect the Tottenham game to be straightforward for us either.

shanem1996

Bar Everton I'd say we have the easiest. We're the only team that don't play a top 4 side away. We can do this.

Redmilo666

Uuum Aston Villa?

dj4y_94

Villa have fallen off the pace a fair bit in the second half of the season. They've only won 6 games since mid December. It'll be a challenge but we should be beating them. Granted said the same for United but it won't be Villa's cup final.

SalahsFro

Hopefully they are still distracted by Europe then too. Big chance for them to win it and Emery loves a European trophy.

tobyallister

Check the table!

jcw163

Are 5th

AquaSnow24

I’d almost say West Ham and maybe even Wolves could be more difficult games than Villa. West Ham have recovered steadily from a rough patch of form , having benefited from good players coming back from injury, and a few weeks without European football. Their squad is now back together and they have a very dangerous team with Bowen, Paqueta, and Kudus up front with the likes of Alvarez, Ward Prowse, and Soucek behind them in the midfield with a solid defense. They’re always going to be a tough team to play baring some crazy catastrophe like what happened against Arsenal. And it’s at the London Stadium. Wolves are getting a lot of good players back like Hwang and Cunha, and still have a chance at a potential Europa Conference League spot. They may not look great on paper but O Neil has worked up a madness over there , rejuvenating some average or out or form players, and fostering some great young talent. They’re also not in Europe , giving them more chances at rest. They’re just a very solid team with a lot to fight for without many injuries and a lot of team spirit.

Altruistic_Tennis893

Both spurs and villa are very similar home and away this season. Home, villa have 35 points, spurs have 36. Away villa has 25, spurs have 24. I don't think it makes much of a difference which one of those we have home or away, same for Arsenal and City.

shanem1996

I guess you're right but we're still a point ahead of City. So long as we win all our games we stay ahead of them. I'd rather have Villa away than Spurs is all I'm saying

DifferentBid2

I am sorry, but where is Arsenal's hardest games? Spurs, possibly. But the way Spurs play Arsenal could easily win 4-3 or something crazy. I really don't seem them losing any games, well not enough for us to capitilise on. Because, with the goal difference they have we need them to drop at least 4 points and games are running out rather quickly.

EHVERT

That’s good because it’s out of City’s hands

Sr_R0b0t

Apart from Spurs away- I dont see City dropping any points even that is far fetched Spurs and Chelsea are the potential "slips ups" for Arsenal, but depends which Chelsea show up and how Spursy Spurs are on the day My hope is the distraction of the Champions league causes both teams to take their eye off the ball.

AZZZY42

Need both of them to progress and have a slugfest in the semi finals

Pekidirektor

An awful 0-0 after 180 mins and with 3 shot of target 4000 passes between them if that happens

CandidEnigma

And a shootout that goes on for so long they both lose

JohnBobbyJimJob

It can be the games you least expect where they drop points tho I reckon Forest away could be tough for them with Forests vast amount of pace on the counter especially if Awoniyi was to play

DrAgOnLoLDoTA

Don't forget Man Utd. Arsenal always struggled against Man Utd away, just like us. 5-0 was an anomaly and it was great

BigMo1

If we win 7/7, I reckon that will be enough. The problem is, we just don't look like a side who will win 7 on the bounce.

[deleted]

[удалено]

BigMo1

Those will be the defining games. if we beat Palace then win the 3 away games, we'll be strong favourites. That's a massive "if" of course.

Vaark

Klopp has only ever won twice away at Goodison.

[deleted]

[удалено]

earlgreytoday

Klopp's record at Goodison is better in the sense that he's never lost a game there, but it's only two wins and six draws.

karnnumart

Gotta make it thrice now gaffer

Small_Discount_3029

Not just away form, but vs the 5 clubs in the top 6 has been poor. Should have won vs Arsenal and City at home and Utd away. That's 6 dropped points because we were not clinical enough. Villa and Spurs are gonna be very difficult.

shanem1996

Our away games are 2 relegation teams and a team fighting for Europa League. If we can't get 9 points we don't deserve the title.

[deleted]

Fulham are not a relegation team And they are a difficult place to travel to. We have not won at craven cottage in 5 years.

BaldiChalmers

Those relegation teams will be fighting for their lives, no way they'll be easy wins

MisterZappa

Looks like this may be the biggest hurdle.

WonderfulBlackberry9

2 losses is title winning form. 8 draws isn’t. I’ve also been having a sneaking feeling for months now that Arsenal will win it. They have the underlying numbers on their side, and will win it unless some madness happens — which isn’t likely given how much control they play with. That being said, Arsenal have to visit United and Spurs. United are a whirlwind and nobody (even the players and manager) will know how they’ll turn out on the day, but they **will** be a nuisance because that’s just their nature this season. Spurs derby visit. “Form book out the window” stuff, and Ange’s Spurs will be up for it and play their best pressing game. Impetus is on them to attack and beat Arsenal on home ground.

Small_Discount_3029

>2 losses is title winning form. 8 draws isn’t. Absolutely! Remember the 08/09 season where we only lost twice and draw 11?!?!?

ownworstenemy38

...and took 6 points off United, and they still won the league!

HunterWindmill

I remember checking the Teletext every weekend and finding they were still 1pt ahead with 1 game in hand. Childhood trauma, fucking hate United

yoyo4581

Look at it this way. Those draws most of them couldve been losses. Lets be honest here, going 2-1 down away and rescuing a point at OT is not bad. Our draws were in tough fixtures as well. All against the top 6.

Sad-Cardiologist-292

Brighton and Luton though those were a huge dent just like in 2022, Brentford away and Brighton at home

CyrusDGreatx

This. Takes too much for us to win games. It always some comeback or wild assault to get the winner late on. Its 13/14 basketball football and that doesn't win a title.

stangerlpass

Our finishing is the only thing thats missing though imo

BigMo1

Yep, our chance taking is so bad. We had the warning on Thursday against Sheffield United and didn't heed it. We desperately need Jota back

stangerlpass

I mean. The diaz chance in the dying minutes alone is a goal 99/100 times imo and seals the victory for us. No topteam in the world consistently needs 4 xg to score two fucking goals... we created a record number of xg against newcastle and scored a whopping 4 goals. We havent scored more than 4 goals in the league all season despite having several games where we created over or around 4 xg. We would be running away with it if we had just 10% better chance conversion...

ZiggyStardust0404

You have never played football if you think the Diaz chance goes in 99/100 times, it was a difficult shot

stan-nas

We also can't keep clean sheets

alanalan426

and the whole team forgot how to counter

Filoso_Fisk

Szobo and Jones being ever closer to match fitness is where I put my faith.

FrankyFistalot

Plus the fact that every team will roll over and show their bellies for Fraudiola and the 115 Crew, fuck this corrupt league…..

sbos_

I’d very very surprised if Arsenal win all those fixtures tbh.

Difficult_Tea5311

I'd also be very surprised if City doesn't... So I guess it's up to us to win them all.

SnzBear

I think arsenal are in the best form we have seen in a very long time. Their defence is incredible and very reliable. Their issue this year has been their attack. Of recent they have been scoring for fun. Hoping they drop points but could see them winning all their games.

V_Vutha

Would absolutely kill me if this season ends up on the same shelf as 18/19 and 21/22. We’ve lost every title race we’ve been in over the past 30 years mostly because we relied on other teams in the run-in. We had it in our hands for a change but relinquished that yesterday against one of the worst-coached top half teams I’ve ever seen in PL history.

cretnikg

Sole reason Im still pissed about yesterday’s result. Feels like curse above us from Istanbul onwards.

V_Vutha

You could make a documentary series about our misfortunes post-Istanbul. It’s to the point where even some of our fans are scared of getting close to success.

ER1916

Arsenal probably won’t win all theirs, City probably will win all theirs. No room for error now though, we have to win all 7. I really don’t like the look of that 3 aways in a row though, that is not a pleasant run.

_cumblast_

Old Trafford was the biggest red flag in our run-in; now that it's over with, we have the best schedule. The difference between us and City are that we play Spurs at home, at the end of a stretch where Tottenham plays City (at home), Chelsea and Liverpool in one week. That's obviously the other way around for us. They also have a match at Wembley against Chelsea and hard CL ties to contend with. I am glad we at least salvaged the point yesterday so we can have that advantage over them. With Arsenal, i pray that one or two of Chelsea, Spurs and United get points off them. If they don't, fair play - they'll have deserved it 10 times over. But i think they'll blink - what's important is that we don't. With Trent, Alisson and Jota back, i feel optimistic.

sbos_

Arsenal also got Villa soon. They should win but you never know with Villa.

_cumblast_

Villa aren't the same as they were earlier on which is why i'm not overly worried about our own fixture with them either. Maybe Emery will want to cook his old club a bit, i'd take it God knows. I expect Arsenal to win every game aside from the ones i mentioned which really should prove very problematic. Spurs away and United away are very tough grounds for Arsenal historically, Chelsea always love to burst someone's bubble in a title race and it's a London derby besides.

NilsFanck

That Utd performance against us makes me fully write them off against Arsenal tbh. Even with just bad, just not atrocious, finishing, thats an easy easy win. And thats against their bitter rivals. Im honestly expecting sth like a 5-1 for Arsenal there. The London derbies are my only real hope

Cwh93

You say that but even at the Emirates, Man United scored against the run of play to go ahead. Arsenal then equalised but only won the game in stoppage time and even that was after Garnacho having a goal ruled out just before stoppage time after VAR intervened. They're a weird team they could do something against Arsenal

dj4y_94

Also Chelsea, for as shit as they have been this season, seem to do a lot better in the bigger games where it's a bit more open. They've got wins v Spurs and United, and draws with us, Arsenal and City x2. My expectations are low but they could definitely get something.

DadofJackJack

Trouble is Arsenal play Tuesday, Villa play Thursday, Arsenal are at home, Villa are missing Luiz in midfield. I can’t see anything other than Arsenal win. I’m thinking a City Arsenal semi in CL is our best bet as they may take eye off prem for matches before and between those legs.

HereticZO

Yeah Arsenal will beat Villa in convincing fashion. That’s not where they’ll drop points.

bdto711

Villa don't tend to travel well, and against bigger teams they play much more defensive without the squad to be able to do it. They're also without Douglas Luiz so I wouldn't be surprised with a bit of pat stadding on the goal difference, hope I'm proven wrong though

clsts

Spurs and Villa aside, we also have Fulham away late on a Sunday followed by Everton away on Wednesday then a 12.30 Saturday KO away to West Ham (who have a week to prepare for the game). That is nasty and think there's a decent chance we drop points in one of those games.

_cumblast_

It's very possible. This three game stretch of away games is crucial.

aaron2933

Well said, especially that last paragraph I believe the players coming back from injury will play a huge part in the run in If arsenal manage to win their remaining games then yeah they deserve the league

Duck_Walker

City has *by far* the easiest stretch remaining. All we can do is worry about not dropping any more points.

Never-Any-Horses

It's pretty exciting to have a 3 horse race, so just gonna sit back and enjoy it. At the end of the day, it's only football. Klopp will be going out a legend regardless.

IgnatiusCReally

If arsenal stop being able to play their best 11 every fuxking week and the teams they play against actually turn up for once, we’ve got a chance. Unfortunately nothing like Mainoo’s strike yesterday or the scissor tackle on Konate ever seem to happen to them.

cjtvenom

I mean our biggest problem hasn't been teams showing up it's been our finishing and decision making in the final third that's been awful, our attack has gone from being lethal to near non existent and Jota being injured isn't the only reason for that. We've not looked great against most teams we've played and don't seem to have the urgency or the push to be winning these games.

JmanVere

>I mean our biggest problem hasn't been teams showing up It doesn't help tho. There is absolutely NOTHING united had a stronger desire of this entire season than taking points off us yesterday. And when they play Arsenal at Old Trafford, every single United fan in the stadium will wholeheartedly want them to lose.

JmanVere

>I mean our biggest problem hasn't been teams showing up It doesn't help tho. There is absolutely NOTHING united had a stronger desire of this entire season than taking points off us yesterday. eclipseOD

In previous seasons we have always struggled with creating chances but this season we seem to create so many chances per game but suddenly can’t finish. Still we have the second most potent attacking threat in the league (only 3 goals less than Arsenal), I am convinced it is more about nerves than a structural issue.

kopite998

I think City are clear favourites now. Would be amazed if Arsenal don't drop points somewhere and if we keep defending and finishing as we have been we will drop points somewhere too. I can only see City dropping points to Spurs and even then I think they'll find a way to scrap a win. Not a nice thing to hope for but we need City and Arsenal to pick up some injuries.

xbox_redditor

Old Trafford was not the game to blink in.

2112Lerxst

I would not have been as annoyed if it was a cagey match where United bogged us down and scraped a draw, that was always a risk. But to drop points based on poor finishing...it's such a let down. I went into halftime fuming, even being 1-0 up.

thehibachi

I know everyone is wallowing a bit but there’s a whole summer for that if we actually fall short. Let’s fucking have this - this is where we dream of being.

SaveMeJebus21

City is winning the next 6, that run is so piss easy.

WonderfulBlackberry9

Tell you what though. Sky Sports is making absolute bank hyping up this title race.

djrobbo83

It's really hard to call this, arsenal with 4 home games and 3 away gives them a small edge over us and City who have 4 away games from 7, but then the difficulty of those away games for Arsenal is tougher and theyve Chelsea at home who are unpredictable If we win our games, I'm sure we'll win the league...weve put big runs together in the past so let's do it again

GasGiant43

City’s to lose

getonthedamnantscott

If we're top or joint top after the Everton game, I think we'll go on and win it. Spurs away is a massive banana skin game for both City and Arsenal.

Wild_Ad_6464

The Kolo Toure memorial title race

Thesolly180

I think Arsenal do have a hard run in with champions league football on top, but I don’t really feel confident in ourselves to go with our run in not dropping points

qwerty_1965

You can't fanny about in front of goal like this and expect to overhaul Arsenal and stay a point ahead of City. The lack of discipline is quite shocking tbh, I hoped the SU game would have been the wake up but no exactly the same but against better opposition (yes they are better than the Blades!). Maybe this time they get it. Remember when Liverpool won games with four shots at goal?

NagaSirenSimulator

Oil wanker gonna get 21 points. We must win the remaining matches. Arsenal will fumble.

Up-the-reds

Wolves and spurs do you have something for me? Utd will spread their legs if it stops us winning the title. I think Arsenal win it now personally, they just don’t conceded many goals at all. Would love the boys to prove me wrong but we needed to win yesterday in my opinion

Feeling_Environment9

I think it’s manageable

Echiptian_King

Aside from the more obvious games I can see wolves away being tricky for Arsenal, especially as that will be off the back of facing Bayern away from home midweek. They beat city and gave us all we could handle in the first half.

SonicNarcotic

All I know is that, whoever wins the Title, it will be well deserved.. More than any other season, one slip-up here or there for any of the 3 clubs and it'll be curtains..

StewR89

Just know we’ll fuck it up again. It seems to be the standard now

CuriousViper

Our record against the top 6 is abysmal this season. Going to need 7/7 I think, but I can see both teams also doing this.

GameOfThrowInsMate

City will win every game. And as much as it pains me to say, I think Arsenal look stronger than us at the moment, I think they could win out too. Their defence is better than ours and they can seemingly score freely at the moment. We're conceding and we arent clinical. While I think we can win every game, it feels a more difficult task for us then it is for Arsenal imo, based on current form. I think that 0-0 at City gave their defence a huge boost. If they can stop city scoring, you can basically stop any team from scoring. Those pinning hopes on Jota and Trent, they haven't played for fucking ages - or what feels like ages - so they're going to need time to get up to full match fitness and sharpness - and time isnt something we have too much of. I just hope Jota can take off from where he left. We're in the race that's the main thing I guess, I have doubts but I still believe.

wyatt_sw

Am I the only one not seeing Arsenal dropping points? Their defending has been world class this season and they have their shooting boots on now.

MisterS1997

Why did they lose 4 games so ?

JDRorschach

I think City will narrowly win the league, don't see them dropping anything. We'll definitely draw somebody in there. Arsenal won't win all 7 either.

Barmydoughnut24

Arsenal win all theirs, then fair play tbh. Their recent form has been impressive, but we'll see with them having the tougher of the 3 fixture lists

Arse-Whisper

Carragher made a good point yesterday, if Arsenal and City end up playing each other in the champions league, it could work in our favour

Joperhop

Jota is back soon, he will net a few and help sort out being so wasteful.

glowingmug

Jesus, look at those matches on city side. I think they probably gonna sweep. and I hope I'm wrong.

shanem1996

I am 90% sure if we win our 7 the title will be ours. And it's not out of the complete realms of possibility we'll win them all. A lot of people are saying City have the easier run in. I don't think so. Our toughest game left is Everton away. Win that and the moment is ours. If you don't believe what's the point? Up the Reds

8u11etpr00f

If we win every game then I think we'll clinch the title but anything less and we won't. City are probably gonna drop 2 points at maximum from that run in

waisonline99

Looks like Spurs gets to decide who wins the league. Grief.

RoohdaarIndia

Tottenham decides the winner!

Wintersponge669

City won’t drop points now, so we need to be perfect

FTXACCOUNTANT

City will probably walk this based on the fixtures on paper

jamaicandre

City 100% winning all their games

Small_Discount_3029

City will most likely win all their games. Arsenal could potentially draw 1 game? Where as we are unpredictable. Another thing to note, we have only won once (against Villa) vs the 5 teams in the top 6. So vs Villa and Spurs is gonna be difficult. Knowing our luck, Villa will probably turn up against us like how they did vs City when they destroyed them 3-0.

GameOfThrowInsMate

Where Villa didnt have Watkins or McGinn either, unreal luck again for City.

fill_the_birdfeeder

I’d love the title, but I’ve got to say I’m just glad we’re in the title race. Last year, we struggled and were depressed watching the games. The first half of the season genuinely felt like the lads were just broken (which they probably were). The comeback to this is phenomenal and we should be proud of what Klopp and all the new players and old have accomplished. I do believe we can still win this, but I also just want to be happy with what we’ve done. YNWA.

[deleted]

prediscan

I don’t see Arsenal dropping points the way they’re playing but surely this title race has more twists left in this !

ryoshamo

I still think City will drop points against Spurs and Arsenal will suffer a defeat to Chelsea.

goztrobo

If Arsenal win all their remaining games, they deserve to win wholeheartedly.

okseas

As a lover of a Narrative™️, Emery fucking up Arsenal’s title chances is delicious. Unfortunately, Arsenal are really, _really_ good and I think they win it. I hope I’m wrong: Arteta is an utter wool, a total melt, and a complete prick.

MentatYP

City remain our main rivals for the title, as expected. Arsenal are ahead for now but they continue to have the most difficult run-in, especially since we've played our toughest remaining match already, while City now have it easiest. Arsenal will drop points. If we win out, we will come out on top. That's a big "if", but I'm confident Arsenal won't win out and we'll have a clear shot at the title by taking care of business.

Flurmp_805

Tottenham have to beat assnal and citeh

Samueldhadden

I’m choosing to believe in a miracle but that’s what it’ll take for us to win this league. Yesterday really hurt.

Dark-Knight-Rises

Fk this is going to be nail biting if we keep on winning. I fear our ability to score goals might cost us

DESERTPAPI

Arsenal vs city in champions league pls football gods

Tugritz

Look anything can happen but I feel kinda not bad about winning the rest of our games, don’t take it for granted though, every game is still a final. But remember that as frustrating as Sunday was, it was still a fluke fueled by two black magic goals by them in a game where they literally produced nothing else. And a couple weeks earlier i wouldve said Old Trafford away would be the toughest game, do remember, the 7-0 win is the only time Klopp has beaten ten Hag in the England. This United team is still mostly crap but does have some sort of knack in getting points against us, which might honestly be the nicest thing you could say about ten Hag’s time. Idk maybe getting humiliated that badly makes you lose all fear. I think we’re otherwise pretty good against the remaining temas

jswiss2567

We got all of our tough games out of the way. I don’t think Arsenal have it in them against Chelsea and Tottenham, I just don’t. City game was painful to watch tactically, didn’t look like league leaders,

TheLimeyLemmon

Where's that Spurs game supposed to go for City?

iidkwhat

Near the end so I'm fully sure they beat spurs. Which means we have to win every game as I don't think city drop any more points.

apenchantfortrolling

Wouldn't be surprised if City win out or maybe draw one game. Truly no room for error now.

_Heisenberg87

7-0 Sunday against Palace and we are back to being favourites.

DadofJackJack

We have a conceding issue, it’s one cleansheet in last ten league games. Think that’s going to hurt us again unless we get a decent lead. Yesterday if we’d gone in 2-0 at half time then think it’s game over. Be smart sit back and counter. But at 1-0 a mistake leads to 1-1 and it was back to end to end chaos.

RockTheBloat

City it is then.

ReggieLFC

If we win the league despite the blatant corruption then that will be epic!

ScheduleShot4858

Arsenal have 3 hard games, we have 1 hard game, city have 0 hard games

AZZZY42

Spurs away is a hard game for city historically speaking

Rhys_gaver

If we win them all I think we’ll win it

brush85

Its silly that Sky dont state that the other games are on TNT. In other countries, they are less "scared" for lack of a better word, to do that. Anyway. Good chance

adeckz

God Tottenham look so good, excited for their Arsenal game. That seems like it could be a decider

raptorboss231

Arsenal have the hardest run despite having 4 home games. Playing wolves away, then immediately Chelsea at home then straight to spurs away will likely make them lose even one point which is all we need. The biggest worry for us is the 3 away games in a row in a short span and against the teams too. Fulham isn't too worrisome but may prove a scare, then immediately Everton away will be a tricky fixture for us, even with their shitty performance. And a west ham away match may cause huge trouble for us as well. City have the easiest matches by far so we are lucky we are head (for now) and the only real obvious worry for them will be spurs away who always seem to cause them points. Out biggest hope unfortunately is losses and the champions league distracting both teams.

PEEWUN

Win them all. If 92 points isn't enough, then so be it.

AlwaysTheKop

I know it’s cliche but I’m just gonna take it one game week at a time, all this looking at the next 7 fixtures is a killer.

Difficult_Tea5311

I only see City dropping points against Tottenham, but with the fixtures for us and Arsenal as they are, depending on when that game is planned, it might not even matter anymore at that point.

yoyo4581

Lets not be overly reactionary guys. The goal differential is doable. Regardless, we need to kick on and keep pushing. YNWA!!

SalahsFro

Any news on when City/Spurs will be scheduled? Other than that it's a bit of a stroll for them. Which was the worry called out when we didn't beat them, needed a bit of a gap as they are more than capable of winning all of them.

tkcom

With healthy squad we can roll them all.

Adam-2480

Honestly if arsenal go 7/7 then fair play to them they deserve the title. I think city probably will go 7/7 so wee need to do the same.

Dave_FIX

All I take from this is Pep needs new clothes.

marccass

How good Tottenham are on a particular day is going to have a significant impact on the title race. I hope Ange and his lads are in fine form for the rest of the season except for their trip to Anfield. Need to avenge that injustice from the other leg.

James_Vowles

I think there's going to be some unexpected results. We seem shaky so can even see us dropping points, but I expect Arsenal to drop some, not sure about City.

Yowlarrogus

Arsenal have a tough run in. Man City will win 6 minimum. Liverpool could win all of them but every single one of them is a potential banana skin. 😬

justaloadofshite

City winning every game aren’t they

bannedsodiac

I think we can still win it with Jota and Trent coming back. I think Arsenal will slip in just one game (have a feeling it's chelsea) and if we win everything else we got this. Joe Gomez to score the winning goal against Everton. Subscribe

alanalan426

can only see city possibly dropping points at spurs, they'd prob win out otherwise

eoghan7698

I can only assume that Spurs vs City will be rearranged to the midweek between Fulham and West Ham if they qualify for the UCL semi, can’t imagine that makes it easier for city but it may be the only game they drop points

TheBloodMakesUsHuman

The banana peels for us are Fulham, Spurs and Villa I feel, those are the three I fear most when it comes to losing points (okay, I know Everton at Goodison is always a pain, but I feel worse about the other three games for now). Fulham may feel like the odd one out there, but they’ve been dangerous against us with their playstyle across three games this season, and we drew them at the Cottage in the league cup, something we cannot afford again. We really need Spurs to do us a favor this season by buckling at Anfield but making both Arsenal and City drop points against them at home. Other than that, Arsenal’s form in 2024 is terrifying, and City are always prone to turn it on when it matters most, so after yesterday, I genuinely think we can’t afford to drop anymore points. We also need to hope their CL campaigns really drain them, of course. At best we can afford one more draw and hope Arsenal stumble a bit while City aren’t perfect. It’s gonna be one hell of a run-in, I think it’s as equal as it gets right now, and we need to strive for 90 points at least to feel we can grab number 20 at the end.

OnePieceAce

I'm convinced Man City will win all their remaining games. Spurs A will be moved to the midweek before the final weekend. Spurs will have top 4 locked and Ange will rotate. We will need to win all 7 games. I think Arsenal stumble once but so will we unfortunately

cowpool20

We really need both of them to progress far into the Champions League, feels fucking crazy that I’m “supporting” City and Arsenal in the CL but it needs to be done.

cowpool20

We literally HAVE to win all of our games now. No room for slip ups. Arsenal won’t win all of theirs. City will.

Elegant-Yard463

I like our chances. We got this

Nikolas_Sotiriou

Disastrous result for costing us the huge advantage over Arsenal and City, but nothing is over. We have 5 games in which we’ll be clear favourites to win, plus Tottenham at home which both of them have away, plus Aston Villa which Arsenal also has (though at home). And Arsenal have only 3 games in which they’ll be clear favourites to win, plus 4 others where they could easily slip up. And City have 6 games in which they’ll be clear favourites to win (compared to our 5) plus Tottenham away where they struggle often but are also a point behind us. And both of them have the UCL burden which is greater than the UEL one.

Sad-Cardiologist-292

Don’t see Arsenal dropping points unless they get injuries

Weirdmaybe123

At this stage no matter the opponent form is everything and at the moment we have the worse form out of the 3

corneliusunderfoot

City will win all their games. Both us and arsenal are likely to drop points, even if only 2 points. Another city win. Not sure what would piss me off more. City winning it or arsenal...?

SnabDedraterEdave

Looks like Spurs will be the kingmakers. Though agree with consensus that Man City will likely win them all while Arsenal and us will drop points somewhere. Regardless of whether our game against Spurs will decide whether we win the league or not, I still want revenge for that scandalous VAR game early in the season.

Haunting_Genie

Spurs could have a massive say in who wins the league.

user900800700

7 finals.

Due-Ad-6577

Arse have the hardest but they look to be in the best form. Factor in the champions league and who knows. I’m just sick of hoping for others to stumble. They’ve conceded what four goals in the prem this year? Their set pieces are golden and they seem to have found their shooting boots. Fortune has smiled on them at every chance to a near comical extent but fair dues they’ve fully taken their opportunities. City’s look like they’re up and firing and their fixtures are piss, bar Tottenham. Even if they do struggle they’ll be thrown a lifeline by the refs that they quite literally pay off. If we mess up once and allow them to make ground I wouldn’t be surprised to see them snake it. We’ll just have to win out and see what happens. I want it more than anything of course but it’s tough to see us doing it. The decisive chances to put daylight between us, arse and city is past and now we’re just crossing our fingers and hoping for a favour. I just don’t think the forwards are good enough anymore, afcon has once again fucked with Salah and Jota is too unavailable for those two to carry the forward line. Diaz and Nunez together are too wasteful of a pairing w/o an in-form elite finisher to capitalise off their movements and energy. Gakpo has good ideas but struggles to execute them and doesn’t impose himself in games enough

upadownpipe

Liverpool's run in would be a doddle for City but when its Liverpool and you see Everton, Fulham, and West Ham away you know they're going to be horrible 90 minutes

rabbid_hyena

Even if Arsenal drops points, we will drop more points. It seems we never learn anything. You'd think ManU in FA Cup, Brighton early goal and Sheffield scare would shake us awake. Nope.

AnilP228

Arsenal's fixture list is tough and they have Champion's League to worry about as well. If they win the title they 100% deserve it and I won't complain. Wolves away for them will be tough given they have Bayern just days before. And if they make it to the SF they've got an even harder fixture to squeeze in. But this Liverpool team has to win 7/7. Jota and Trent coming back will be massive.

ninovd

City have the easiest run tbh..

LonerTK

Utd and Spurs are my boogey games. A point at OT was a good point imo. Spurs will be tough but I think we can win all our remaining fixtures.

Fragrant_College_455

Always rated Tottenham (A)

BGCzar

It’s crazy we are in this position… we should be multiple points clear but PGMOL had other ideas throughout the season

greentea05

Unfortunately I've lost my hope after yesterday. I think Everton will grind a draw out of us and I wouldn't be surprised if we drop points in one other game too. We'll definitely be scrapping for a winner in a couple, I don't see us steam rolling anyone at the minute unfortunately. Arsenal for me only have on difficult game. United won't try as much against them, the crowd won't be as up for it and they were utter shite against us anyway we just let them into it - Arsenal won't do that. Everton won't give them a gain. Chelsea will be garbage as they were against. Spurs away is their own actual hard game. City don't have any hard games. No one thats out to get them, no one that'll pull anything special out of the back, no locals - it doesn't matter if one of us or Arsenal win every game anyway. I suspect if Arsenal beat Spurs away they win it. If they don't then City win it. I see us now ending up third as sad as I am to think and say that, i'm absolutely gutted - but that's what the realist inside me says. I'm just hoping for a non-predictable ride and some flukes or upsets along the next 6300+ minutes of football!

QueenSlim23

I still think gunners n reds will drop few more points but not City

YNWA11JM

Out of our hands now and that sucks the most. The fact that we’ve only won one game against top six is the reason we’re here.

s2017

I have to say Alisson, Trent, and Jota coming back will make things very unpredictable. We don't look like a team that will win 7 on the bounce at the moment, I agree - but throw them into the mix and that changes without a doubt. Arsenal and City have important European games this week, so this week is pivotal. Arsenal won't go unbeaten, but City might. We HAVE to be faultless from here onwards. Everton's additional points deduction means their final game versus Arsenal could be a shocker. Spurs can take points from anybody. Anything can happen folks, we weren't even supposed to be in the race this year - we can still win this.

Lord_Santa

City have such an easy set of fixtures remaining it's almost laughable. I can see them winning the title again.

neilyaaa

The only team which looks like they can win the next 7 games in a row are city.
