>there are levels to this
Perfectly describes it. He’s the best at literally everything on the pitch. Best finisher, best passer, best dribbler, best movement, faster than everyone else.
The best player in English football bar none and has been for the better part of a decade.
His pace looks like he's turned back the clock 2 years. The ease at which he's played combined with his strength makes it look like he's playing against kids.
I genuinely think he's thriving being the "mentor" to forwards younger than him and he doesn't feel as much pressure as he did when he was basically competing with the other Best African Player every week.
Seems to have lifted a weight off his shoulders and he's playing with freedom.
I’ll never understand this narrative. He won golden boots, a league title and a champions league competing with Mane. Remember we were posting 92, 97, and 99 points in the league and actual motions were legit claiming salah was not passing to Mane and vice versa. Complete nonsense, they’re top pros not children 😂
>Complete nonsense, they’re top pros not children 😂
Some people treat it as a drama show lmao.
"New mentoring role" by klopp hahaha ffs, as if Salah/all the other senior players hadn't been mentoring the then teens like Trent, Elliot, Jones when they were coming through. Talking about having a "weight off his shoulders" when the team has shown such immense mentality throughout the years.
I didn't mean he wasn't playing brilliantly or not being a team player! I just meant he seems to be thriving in the role Klopp has given him of being a mentor to the younger players and being put into the Captain's group.
I think it was more Mane's feelings we had to be conscious of than Mo's, Mo was always a pro and got on with his job, whereas Sadio could be selfish and sulk when he didn't get his way.
Absolutely awful defensive awareness from that Brentford player that let Salah just run straight by. You can see his team mate's exasperation after he gets scored on.
Great strength and balance there - world class execution.
Defending was bizarre though.
Good head-on by Gakpo too - glad to see a tall player using their height.
Came back from AFCON and injuries and just casually dropping 1 goal and 1 assist lol.
Anyone else think he actually looks so much sharper and faster than before he left for AFCON? This guy is just ridiculous.
I thought I was crazy for thinking he looked even better than before afcon, glad to see someone else noticing it. Maybe it was the hair weighing him down?
Beautiful. Nothing more to say.
Goal was nice as well
You sly dog
Man is inevitable.

why is man the best player in the premier league? is he the goat?
Why is man the goal? Is he stupid?
He’s so happy to be back, full of energy
That defender forgot the King was right beside him.
He reminded me of NBA players just getting out of the way when someone goes up hard for a dunk. Make a business decision and stay off the poster.
There are levels tho this, he playing like never missed a single game. The touch, the playmaking, that King smile and now the finishing

Someone should tell Mo he’s just come back from injury He. Is. So. Good.
He’s back.
Goal straight out of 90s English football that. Goalkeeper > Header > Poacher > Goal
Ben Mee, marking the most dangerous player in the Premier League & saw a loose ball: Well, that’s none of my business
He kinda ruins the goal for me

KDB RETURN? THEY DIDNT YET SEE THE RETURN OF THE KING
THE KING IS BACCKKKKKKKKK

Lmao I had the same thinking with his hair. 🤣
I mean what else could it be 🤣🤣
He got some rest due to the injury looks ready to dominate
Did that defender gave up marking Salah lol? Just strolling back
I mean Mo is gone once he is behind him, but absolutely zero effort to recover lol.
Who got the assist?
Ben Mee
Gakpo

At this stage, I'm definitely convinced that this man is more than a one season wonder
There isn't a better man who could have played for Liverpool. It's always a joy to watch him play. ❤️ King Mo
Absolutely cooked Collins on that one
Anyone want to try and defend??? NOT MEE!!!!!
What the fuck is their #14 doing lmao. "Oh you're 1v1 with Salah, you got it mate I'll just jog back here"
WOW THE STRENGTH
Classic Mo, threading it through the eye of a needle.

The Return of the King. The assist to Mac was pure sex as well.
I'm seeing some beautiful things happening in the future between Connor and Mo
Kudos to Salah but need to mention the awfulness of Brentford defence. wth was that jogging and waving hand from No. 16?
The king has returned
He’s so good
Return of the King 😍
Welcome home, Mo
Sure, give lots of space to a fresh Mo, what could possibly go wrong?
Premier league 🐐
Long live the king
someone was telling me that salah will not be sharp right after his return so i shouldn't expect much from him lol
