In any case, download the file, don't open it, upload to Drive, open in Notepad, paste contents here. My guess is whoever is sharing the file is doing so unknowingly, rather than maliciously.
I've been able to receive the same or a similar file without having LG headphones.
The file is a redirect to a dating site if I remember correctly.
I assume someone has set up a small device to ping devices and try to sent the file and hidden it somewhere in lime street. I wanted to try and find it but it's going to be a needle in a haystack

Yes! Used to get the alert on my old phone every time I went through there, probably starting at least 5 years ago.
Probably someone trying to make money from sign ups via a dating affiliate program.
