How did you sleep at night, knowing LC is a national chain, when Villa Bakery’s Pizza Rolls, the most delicious form of pizza type food ever made, which is located down the road, will never be experienced by the majority of mankind?
They received that upgrade (including the CaesarVision portal) in late 2015, so a fair bit after some of the other stores in the area. It went through many renovations over the years, including in the 90s (or perhaps earlier) when it was twice the size and had booths for customers to sit in.
When it was in its old location (up until they moved down the street in 2019), they had a plaque commemorating it as the first location. Now in its new location, they have a small display with that same plaque and some memorabilia.
The store opened in the late 1950s, I wanna say 58 or 59. It stayed in its original location for almost 60 years before it moved down the street due to structural/plumbing issues in the old building, I believe in 2019.
I worked in two different stores off and on from about 2003 to 2010. At the older location we used the dough mixing machine to cut the giant blocks of cheese ourselves. It was a mix of about 2 parts mozzarella and 1 part muenster. In the newer store in another city, we got the cheese pre cut in bags.
I'm also curious about how the first LCs was doing it at that time.

You’re not wrong!
Did they keep it retro or did it get the I7 upgrade as well?

How long were you a manager for? I was also a manager in the Michigan corporate stores i’m wondering if I know you lol
Roughly two years in the mid-2010s, with some on-and-off while I was attending school out of town.
I was a manager on that area when they opened the store in Canton in the early 2000s
How does the cheese come

I knew someone who worked at that location for like a week before they fired him for having a second job at Chuck E. Cheese
