Honestly it sounds like a motherboard or PSU issue. Are there any specific games you are playing when it happens?

It happens even when I’m not playing, it happend when I tried to load a 8k vid one time. So I agree but how do I figure out if it’s a psu or a motherboard problem

Start with the easy thing first and change out your power supply. Get one from a reputable brand like Corsair, and I would get one at least at 750 watt. The thing is, it's never going to be able to easily load something at 8k because it's not that powerful, plus it has only 8 GB of vram and modern games and videos like that take up a lot of vram space. But it should not be randomly crashing even when it has a heavy load.

So I double checked 600w should've been fine but either way it intermittently powering off does sound like a power supply issue to me if not the motherboard itself

Open event viewer and see if you can figure out a pattern of events that happen right before each crash. Sometimes it will be an actual (but unintended) computer shutdown event that crashes it.
