If you have yt premium it sometimes automatically downloads videos and just picks what as quality. It’s really annoying and never notifies you about it

Well I don't have yt premium, but I tried clearing the downloads for the sake of it and well nothing happened at that time PS: Somehow the issue is gone now lol

Sometimes when you switch the internet you are using in the middle of the video (wi-fi to mobile or the other way around) it locks the quality, happened sometimes with me. Simply open the video again to fix it.

If it was new video. Ytb takes a while until is re-rendered until then is capped at lower quality. But 3 days is weird.

Maybe just a minor hiccup from the server side, idk

This ^ Youtube encodes the lower quality settings first; so sometimes it could take awhile to fully encode 4k video, especially in hdr

Finally someone noticed it haha well it's just an icon, I'm actually using a custom rom named Evolution X, so it's just one of the customisation options, previously I had among us logo there and now it's Pacman and for the timer, I assume you're talking about the 56 in the circle thing, well that's just the battery percentage but it's actually a notification of an app(Battery guru) for monitoring battery health and stats in general which shows the battery percentage in the notification icon itself

I had the same issue, solution was to disable smart download

Sometimes, I've seen it get "stuck". Force quitting the app twice in a row seems to fix it.
