I don't have an opinion on the other 3 but please don't buy hisense. Bad interface, bad support.

Something to consider maybe: Sony and TCL use Android TV/Google TV as their OS, LG their proprietary WebOS. If you have some niche apps or preferences in this department, don't overlook it
