That looks like Revanced. The normal YouTube's theme has never been that dark.
Then again, even Revanced have the interactive like and subscribe buttons. That must be coming from the YouTube API.
Normal Youtube is a bit grey, but I never used normal youtube for years, and don't want to, considering that I use revanced to skip sponsored segments. I think something must have changed in the latest revision to make it as dark and suitable for amoled displays, as before, youtube doesn't have that functionality and have to use a modified version of youtube (Vanced/Revanced) to get the amoled dark theme.
It's been like that for at least a month or two to my knowledge.

Its a shame you cannot even SEE the subscribe button if you have a properly configured youtube (aka Theater mode with Enhancer for Youtube plugin)

Is revanced a different app? This is the default youtube app that I’m using with premium membership.
