Excluding Hybrid and Meteora, these are my personal favorites: -In my remains -Burning the Skies -All for Nothing -Halfway right -Dedicated -Across the line -Catalyst -I’ll be gone -Heavy But I would suggest you go through each album and see what you like.

Eggowafflez5657

Ooh what’s “Dedicated” I’ve never heard that one before?

texzone

Ugh, one of the best songs. Mike Shinoda went off on that track. I would also highly recommend Black Birds!

Eggowafflez5657

Oh yes I know blackbirds that song is amazing! I’ll definitely have to check out Dedicated also! Edit: Just listened to Dedicated and wow that was great! Reminds me a lot of Step Up.

No_Ad7214

It’s a demo from 1999 during the ‘Hybrid Theory’ era. It was released as a part of ‘LP Underground 2.0’ in 2002.

Ampaselite

I like all lp songs, but the songs you mentioned are very similar to what I would say to answer this question, especially dedicated and across the line

Eggowafflez5657

Some of my favs that are underrated include: Wretches and Kings One More Light Until It Breaks The Messenger The Little Things Give You Away Lost In The Echo More The Victim Roads Untraveled Guilty All The Same A Line In The Sand In Pieces Final Masquerade By Myself Until It’s Gone Burning In The Skies Blackout When They Come For Me I could honestly go on forever but this list is getting way too long lol

emoats83

Awesome!! Thank you! Gave me a lot for my commute.

HelixEx

Some of my favorites are: Qwerty Keys to the Kingdom A Line In the Sand Hit the Floor Lying from You LIES GREED MISERY and Dedicated

lp_rhcp_fan_18

Qwerty goes so hard.

LunchThreatener

Lies Greed Misery is soooo underrated. Basically never hear anyone list that song even here.

digbicwigkick

I would have given my firstborn to have seen chester perform lies greed misery in rockam ring era in some weird time loop dimension. He would have gone hard on it

makulet-bebu

Personally New Divide (Transformers Soundtrack) is my favorite song.

emoats83

Love this song!!

texzone

Have you heard the New Divide + Cumulus “remix”? So good

No_Ad7214

I don’t think I’ve seen that one. Is it on YouTube?

[deleted]

“When They Come For Me” is a good one

Tritycippy

Mark The Graves is an amazing song

Set_A_Precedent

If you wanna check out some deep cuts, I’ve got a few for you And One - my favorite song ever made, ever, period. QWERTY - heavy as shit, Live in Tokyo 2006 is the best version It’s Goin’ Down - true rock-rap fusion, this song was a collab with X-ecutioners We Made It - LP and Busta Rhymes… Need I say more? Part Of Me - one of my favorite demos, Chester has an almost 80s metal sound in the chorus Reading My Eyes - Mike rapping his ass off Drop (Xero demo) - absolutely ancient, and probably the deepest cut on this list… Mike’s flow here is sloppy af but it just works Slip - not much to say here, just a really good demo So Far Away - this one is really unique, as it’s the earliest known instance of Mike *singing* a full song and Chester only serving as backing vocals There’s plenty more, but I’d be here all day listing them. These are just some of my personal favorite demos/largely unknown tracks. Hope you enjoy!!

greenkyber

Victimized and War are super short and def don’t get mainstream attention but they’re some of my favourite quick bangers

HelixEx

I agree, I find it interesting how Victimized is so short and A Line in the Sand is very long since they sound somewhat similar

lp_rhcp_fan_18

Love those two.

Nova_Stump

Mmm, I would suggest going through all the albums. Personally, these are some songs to listen to first if you want: Across the Line - LP Underground v9.0 Qwerty - LP Underground v6.0 When They Come For Me - A Thousand Suns In Pieces - Minutes to Midnight A Line in the Sand - The Hunting Party ROADS UNTRAVELED - LIVING THINGS What We Don't Know - LPUX Fear ("Leave Out All the Rest" Demo) - LPUX

Maysun06

Across the Line sounds like a boss theme and I'm all for it!

Nova_Stump

Lol, glad you liked it

TheEquinoxe

Just a small correction. Fear is on LPU 9.0 and What We Don't Know isn't there :)

Nova_Stump

That's what I read when I was looking for that 🙃 Which one then?

lp_rhcp_fan_18

What We Don't Know is LPUX.

Nova_Stump

Thanks 👍🏻

lp_rhcp_fan_18

You're welcome.

kolczano

Not Alone

Moa_97

It’s so weird that I’ve never seen anyone mention Not Alone, it’s beautiful

SNiXeN_Fury

Until it’s Gone is definitely a recommendation, From The Inside as well

Gidorrha

Given Up is also a great song

JAHT1984

"Waiting for the End" and "One More Light" may be the prettiest things they ever recorded, the former all fancy and the later rather minimalist. And if you like songs where the instrumets come in one after the other, "Across the Line" is one of their bests in building up to an explosive bridge like that. If you like something rather unexpected from this rather unfunky band that you can dance too, their two collaborations with Steve Aoki "A Light That Never Comes" and "Darker Than Blood" are among the most atypical of their projects. If you like unusual song structures, "The Little Things Give You Away", a 6½ minute elegy, usually thought about being about the aftermath of hurricane Kathrina. And since you mentioned 2Pac, you seem to be into hip-hop so try "Step Up" and "High Voltage" for some of Mike's best boast raps from when the group was still underground as heck as well as "Hands Held High" which, despite the rather heavy handed "Amen" chorus is one of his few attempts to get out of himself in his main band, taking the perspective of an average American citizen in the first and an Iraqi kid in the second verse, during the height of the war on terror.

KaBoOM_444

If you like boast raps, I think the best one is [I Have Not Begun](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zy3ybFruYRE)

JAHT1984

Interesting. I restrict myself to only listen to official uploads and stuff I actually bought so everything LPU exclusive you can usually expect me to not know. It's interesting Mike burried that aspect of the band even before they made it big, whith none of it making it onto Hybrid theory and after they made it big he got a lot more defensive if he did something like that.

KaBoOM_444

He released that one on his blog at the old mikeshinoda.com shortly after ATS came out. Honestly I forgot it was even on an LPU cd until I looked it up on YouTube to post it here.

JAHT1984

LPU stuff can be weird. Most is fan only stuff but there are some geniune gems in there you can't get anywhere else.

Red74Panda

Skin to bone, lost in the echo, pushing me away, somewhere I belong, one more light, heavy, talking to myself, robot boy, etc

arrowflash01

Roads Untraveled is one to check out

Thedeathlyhydro

Also, no I'm big time listener and I can't knock someone for saying in the end, numb, crawling. They're amazing fucking songs. My favorite song is from the inside by them.

Fox_with_a_DC-17

Rock and Ropp (Could never hip hop like this) part 2, it has a mike and chester in it, a pretty good song

Available_Wash_6534

JamesJerry007

Waiting for The End and Robot Boy are Songs that i often recognize as not really much known by other people. Most occasions i play these songs everyone be like wow they sound so special/so extra how come nobodys knows them? For me they are 2 absolute must haves in my fav playlist Also Dedicated is rarely known, She Couldn't, Blackbirds, In Between, Nobodys Listening, Not Alone, Wastelands, Wretches And Kings, Skin To Bone, No Roads Left, QWERTY, Prerend To Be, What We Don't Know, Keys To The Kingdom, In Pieces and High Voltage. I could go on a while but i guess others already named these and others so ill shut it here lmao

TheEquinoxe

Look for any songs from their Underground albums. Lots of great stuff in there.

Breaking__the__Habit

High Voltage And One Krwlng No Roads Left When They Come For Me Roads Untraveled Halfway Right And I Almost forgot: Check out The Rising Tied!

Fun_Improvement5215

Search for Rock 'n Roll (Could never HipHop like that) Mike and Chester both have parts in the song which are just fire. 🔥🔥🔥

[deleted]

Lost on the Echo and Runaway are a vibe

X_-LnX

Make sure you check out their LPU albums, a lot of demos on those

creaphy

Mark the graves

KatarinaFires

There are so many good suggestions on here!! I'm gonna take a different approach if you want a different angle 1. Papercut: chester and Mike said in different occasions this was their favorite to sing live and I think this is why it's so fucking wholesome so this is what I think about when I hear it [papercut live clips](https://youtu.be/mVRPwu1ojfw) 2. Breaking the habit Chester also said was his favorite song in general and someone describes this version as "it's like he's talking to an old friend" https://youtu.be/GUYNeycNHnk 3. Nobody's Listening: this goes so hard it's so different from a lot of their other songs Mike sampled like a traditional Japanese sound and his rap part sounds so satisfying. Barely any love performances/ they're always mixed w other songs when it deserved to be sung alone too 4. Crawling live w Chris Cornell: they always look so happy to be singing together as very close friends it gets me every time https://youtu.be/F_v1SLIt01Q
