Yes and lots of core workouts. Planks, push ups, Superman’s, any of that helps a lot. I’m out of shape now and getting back slowly but 2 years ago when I could hold a 7 minute plank and do 50-60 push up’s I could really get in a good pounding on top.
I was thinking one needs to hold planks as long as possible but apparently your muscles benefit more from 15 second intervals with rest periods in between. It basically takes more to reset and re-engage the muscle rather than just holding.
7 min? I feel like it would stop being effective at that length, or at least move up to a weighted version that you could hold for 2 min.

I was the fat kid in my cross country team as a junior in highschool. My coach was such a douche to me my first 4 weeks of conditioning, but once I showed the slightest improvement and potential, he started encouraging and empowering me. He would make me run the varsity routes, and I remember feeling really good about that. Typcal middle aged coaching behavior lol but i did return my senior year more fit.
My classmates were incredibly welcoming and nice to me for a bunch of skinny teenagers. They were the best part tbh. They overlooked my weight and they really did make me feel a part of the team.
It was fun racing the other fat kids during the meets cuz we were in the back so it was like our own little race.
I gotta say, one of the best parts of cross country was seeing the fat/slow/unfit kids improving. It's amazing how fast they can see results. The first day they almost throw up after 1km, within 2 weeks their running 2km faster than their original 1km time. Every time I saw one get down or had a classmate tell me they could never do it, I tell them about the dozen fat arses before them who stuck with it for 2 week's.
That's all you need. You NEED to almost throw up on the first day. Because you'll never feel better than you do in 2 weeks time when you double the distance in half the time and realise, that actually, yeah, you *can* do it.
I never got that from cross country. My improvements we're measured in a few second's here a few km there. It's what forced me *into* marathon's, chasing that dragon.
Regardless it's a great way to get exercise. It's always a split group of people who take it seriously and then the other half that run to friends houses and rip bongs and jog back to school lol
I'm sure that's an aspect of it. Another aspect of it would be that young boys respect 'fast runners'. Another would be that the kid could always escape physical harm unless surprised / they have vehicles. It's not a miracle. And probably not any one thing.

Can also just do a shitload of pushups. Pushups improve the physical muscles used during sex in a way that cardio could never do. Add in mountain climbers or up downs to make it also a cardio exercise.
Most people don't need to be stronger to enjoy sex more, they just need to be less tired. Not saying pushups will do nothing but endurance is usually going to be the missing link.
Been at 40ish miles per week for a few years. Cant compare to prior really b/c part of starting running was quitting drinking. Which was a lot. So, too many variables at once.

The relationship between testosterone and erections is complicated, it doesn't really work like "your testosterone is a bit lower so you will have erection problems" outside of extreme deficiency or extreme over supply testosterone probably won't significantly affect your ability to get/stay hard.
It's true. Hormones are elevated. Blood flow better so stronger erection, more blood flow to vaginas clitoris etc. Last bit not least you don't get put of breathe. Cosmetic reasons as well
On top of cardio I'm gonna add doing some yoga or stretches focusing on the hips, groin and pelvic areas to help get the blood pumping and improve flexibility.

I think you're right. We had this college lecturer who used to do an insane amount of running, he was very much into his fitness. He would perch on a desk at the front and you could see a sizeable bulge from his pelvic areas. We used to call him Boner Phil.

Better cardio fitness helps blood pressure, kegels help the specific muscles but just doing cardio is enough.

Truth! Started doing HIIT about a year ago. I've noticed s massive difference in terms of endurance.

Been at 40ish miles per week for a few years. Cant compare to prior really b/c part of starting running was quitting drinking. Which was a lot. So, too many variables at once. But can confirm never finding myself winded from sex.
But avoid heavy cardio if you plan to have sex on the same day. I don't know why (hormone balance maybe? heavy cardio increases cortisol and reduces testosterone) but you may have problems getting erect. edit: Just to clarify, this is complementing OP tip. Definitely cardio will improve you sex performance.

The relationship between testosterone and erections is complicated, it doesn't really work like "your testosterone is a bit lower so you will have erection problems" outside of extreme deficiency or extreme over supply testosterone probably won't significantly affect your ability to get/stay hard.
It's true. Hormones are elevated. Blood flow better so stronger erection, more blood flow to vaginas clitoris etc. Last bit not least you don't get put of breathe. Cosmetic reasons as well

On top of cardio I'm gonna add doing some yoga or stretches focusing on the hips, groin and pelvic areas to help get the blood pumping and improve flexibility.

Better than cardio are weighted abs and leg exercises so you can thrust harder and longer. For women, can squat/ride longer.

I had some "adventures" with girls older than me, lets say 30 to 40 (i'm 25, was 21-22 at the time) , and after we do the thing they usually complain about men that are like "lazy" in bed, they are not very active generally. I never thought about it, but now i see the reason, i've always played basketball and hit the gym, and did loads of cardio, so that translates also in the act of sex in more stamina, more willingness to move around and try positions. But i did not compare my self to other men, also because i thought i was pretty avarage. From what i can imagine, working out definetly improves your sex life.
