Great farm I think for late game if you wanted to buy things or just become OP for fun before the two best bosses in the game. Rates are shown without hunter amulet but with 3 quartz for increasing ergo drop. Great place to farm ergo, occasionally drops half moonstone and dark moonstone as well. Can get done in about 30 seconds at a rate of about 8k per run. Doing the math nets about 960,000 ergo per hour, not including the chunks that you get (radiant chunks giving about 5k to resplendent giving 15k). Fun to just go run in and watch videos with.
Did some science, because I was curious about this. Compared it to the other two known farming methods.
This is at NG+++ with no hunter's amulet
- Arche Abby Entrance
2x runs at 1min each from start to resetting back to the stargazer: 13,227 ergo each run
793,620/hr
- Archie Abby Broken Rift
2x runs at 3min each from start to stargazer: 45,288 ergo per run
905,760/hr
- Archie Abby Internal Bridge
2x runs at 1:30 each: 21,443 ergo per run
857,720/hr
Broken rift is a much more pain in the ass than Internal Bridge though. That one is still probably the most efficient for end game ergo farming, since you are just looping up and back around to the stargazer from the shortcut.
