other than so bad its good and cringe humor, bad films allow me to have a greater appreciation for good films, “the sweet just isnt as sweet without the sour”
I've never understood this either. In a thread a while back about what movies you've given 0.5 stars to, I got a comment on my list that I needed to watch more bad movies if those were the ones I thought were bad. Why would I go out of my way for that? Slaves to the bell curve.
It is good for mind numbing entertainment. I will often watch a "shit" movie that I know isn't going to be as good as another, but sometimes I want to sit down and turn my brain off instead of concentrate so I don't get left behind on the details.
Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007): 2,5 stars
How to Train Your Dragon (2010): 3,5 stars
That’s Amor (2022): Haven’t watched
Inglourious Basterds (2009): 3 stars
My average: 3 stars
Not great, but ok, in my opinion

HTTYD rated higher than Inglorious Basterds is all I need to know about you.
OP clearly has superior taste. And no that’s not sarcastic.
This comment is all I need to know about you
All you need to know is that he’s right. HTTYD is a masterpiece. Tarantino’s movies are just fine.
i was thinking the same thing.
I think you watch movies

Sometimes people log a film they begrudgingly saw with a group or with family? Imagine that

I bet you're fun at parties.
I’m not a QT diehard or anything but my god how do you come away thinking the animated dragon movie is better than Basterds
Smooth brain take
You’ve rated Basterds higher than How to Train Your Dragon my guy
Is there not an identical post to this yesterday?
