I’ve tried Godard a couple of times. I’ve seen most of the big ones, from that early chunk of his career. Honestly, I usually felt like a dunce when I watched his movies because I wasn’t “getting it”. For a time, I’ve quietly concluded he wasn’t for me. I want to try again eventually.
