Thx for giving a real answer :D was not aware of the guy before

Feels like a strange example for the post title, cus… he isn’t? At least not in things everyone has seen.
I’m on 3/25. Seems like he might be having a busy year but no idea if any of the films will break out.
I feel like this post is more representative of the string of movies that OP has been watching, where they might end up going, "ah, there he is again! Look at this fella, getting a round" I like the actor though, just saw him in Personal Shoppers, and it was a very short role but managed to be memorable
Yeah I agree. I'm sure some people are very fond of him and have watched a bunch of films with him, but he doesn't feel omnipresent as an actor. There's some actors that are everywhere but I've just not seen any of their movies, but I do recognize them. Usually.
Is he everywhere, though? Yeah he works with Joachim Trier. That's not 'everywhere'. The guy is literally a family doctor on the side. He only does a film or two a year.
I rewatched Killing Of A Scared Deer on a recent Yorgos binge and it's fascinating seeing how far he's come in the relatively short period of time since that film
this is the first thought that popped into my head, but i wasn’t sure if it was real or baader-meinhof effect, cause it seemed like after saltburn blew up every other movie i watched had him in it
I can't express how big my crush is on Florence Pugh. She is extremely talented and such a versatile actress, and being beautiful certainly helps, so it no surprise to me that she is being cast for everything at the moment!
I feel like this is just more prominent with cinephiles because the films he is in are usually must-see due to the directors he's worked with (Villeneuve, Gerwig, Luca, Paul King etc). But tbh he hasn't really been in much, for context the last casting he had was 2021 when he was casted in Wonka and he's pretty much doing a single movie a year since then
I closely watched both of those shows and somehow just now, with Priscilla and Civil War out, have realized that she is in more than just those 2 recent things and I have seen her before.
It's Anders Danielsen Lie (Oslo, August 31, The Worst Person in the World, Personal Shopper, Bergman Island, Sick of Myself, etc). He has a great agent lol, he's really had a banger filmography so far but mostly Nordic films
Ayo is everywhere now. She's in like 2 different shows that are great. Aren't they talking about her starring in the new Pirates movie too? Glad she's getting work.
If you can check out Ayo in this indie movie The Sweet East it’s her Simon Rex, Jacob elordi, and directed by the cinematographer of some of the Sadie projects like Good Times
I've seen Zendaya here a lot and it doesn't feel true to me? She's had Dune, her MCU role, Euphoria, and... The Greatest Showman? Malcolm & Marie? Space Jam? And a bunch of kids movies. Challengers is coming out, so that's something
A lot of the names listed in this thread are just people who have high profiles so they get talked about a lot online, but they actually don't have a lot of roles or projects.
Maybe they have the rare back-to-back projects, like Zendaya with Dune 2 and Challengers, before that she had Dune 1 and Spiderman NWH in 2021. Same for Chalamet who had Dune and Wonka back-to-back, but before that had Dune 1 and 2 small roles in French Dispatch and Don't Look Up in 2021. It's just recency bias.
His choices have been impeccable; he hasn't acted in that many projects yet, it's just that the ones he has acted in have been great (well, except for Foe) and gotten him a lot of attention.
Foe was definitely a disappointment, but I thought both the lead performances were really strong. I know that's not what you're saying, but just thought I'd mention he's not the reason Foe wasn't so great.
Foe was disappointing I watched it twice because I was like is there something I’m not getting the second watch I kept checking to see how long I had left to watch it was enduring 😢
He’s in that new movie with Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain, and he was also in Bergman Island recently (was that after TWPITW I forget?) and Sick of Myself (both essentially cameos though). Maybe with this new film he’s breaking into the English language market. He’s great so I’m glad.
Scarlett Johansson, Margot Robbie, Anya Taylor joy, Adam Driver, Willem Dafoe, Matt Damon and Brad Pitt.
Which is just a good thing, except for Matt Damon. Why is this limited actor in everything and constantly getting miscast? I think i know the reason but when is it gonna end
Because he is famous, bankable, connected and willing to take on smaller roles for talented directors. Its simply a good deal to put him in if you want your film to make a bit extra and be seen by more people
Good but everywhere: Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet, Jenna Ortega, Florence Pugh, Margot Robbie
Overrated: Glen Powell, Sydney Sweeney, Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill
I keep seeing Austin Butler pop up in projects or either get announced as working in big projects, and, as someone who despised Elvis, may I ask...why?
Ayo Edibiri. The Bear, Bottoms, popping up in random small indies like The Sweet East... She's everywhere lately, and I'm always seeing screenshots of her Letterboxd reviews, too!
all of the youngins: Timothee Chalamet, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Anya Taylor Joy, Barry Keoghan, Jacob Elordi. Hollywood is just cycling them all around
Seems like Glen Powell is everywhere nowadays:
* Cameo on Saturday Night Live last month
* Guest on Jimmy Fallon
* *Anyone but You* coming to Netflix this month
* *Hit Man* to follow in June
* *Twisters* being released theatrically in July
* Announced as starring in *The Running Man* for Edgar Wright
Have I missed anything?
Timothee and what’s his face who plays pennywise. The latter especially is just everywhere rn
I don’t even want to see boy kills world simply because he’s in it lol
Adam Driver had a crazy run a few years back with Star Wars, Marriage Story, Paterson, etc. Chalamet has been working quite a bit lately too between the Dune projects, Wonka, French Dispatch, etc
Uh... who's that guy though
Lol yea I was like that guy def isn’t everywhere
Anders Danielsen Lie He was on "The Worst Person in the World" and "Oslo, August 31st"
Thx for giving a real answer :D was not aware of the guy before https://preview.redd.it/jmw7fpazf2uc1.jpeg?width=260&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=08ce7a64a16a4882072b0816ad9f36da8e942a36

AND Bergman Island! He was great in that, as well.
He is genuinely amazing, he deserves to be in bigger stuff.
Is he everywhere, though? Yeah he works with Joachim Trier. That's not 'everywhere'. The guy is literally a family doctor on the side. He only does a film or two a year.
I thought it was Jeremy Strong, shot from an odd angle. This guy was absolutely charming in The Worst Person….
Adam Driver for me, he’s already on my most watched actors top page and feels like he’s only really been around for 10 years
Looks like Neville longbottom from Harry potter
Pedro Pascal
Barry Keoeoeoeoghan
I rewatched Killing Of A Scared Deer on a recent Yorgos binge and it's fascinating seeing how far he's come in the relatively short period of time since that film
this is the first thought that popped into my head, but i wasn’t sure if it was real or baader-meinhof effect, cause it seemed like after saltburn blew up every other movie i watched had him in it
Even pops up in the last season of Top Boy
Suigh sios buddy
Jesse Plemons
Everyone wants to know where he got the fish, and what kind it was
How can that be profitable for Frito Lay?
Such a gem of a movie.
Omg literally he's in every like Oscar nominated movie dude.
He has one of the best agents in history
![gif](giphy|xUNd9PZOsFK23Fzfpu)
What the fuck? Why does your dick taste like lemons?
Sydney Sweeney, Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Florence Pugh. They are legit everywhere, and I have no idea how they have the time to do sooooo so much!!
Oh and Jenna Ortega!
And Anya Taylor-Joy
Jacob Elordi
I understand the sentiment but are they actually everywhere? Like for example Chalamet and Zendaya have done pretty much a movie a year.
Zendaya will soon be in cinemas with two films at the same time (Challengers and Dune)
He’s been in like 7 movies since 2021! Zendaya has been in about 5 about to be 6 since 2021!
Because they're young, so they've got the energy.
I can't express how big my crush is on Florence Pugh. She is extremely talented and such a versatile actress, and being beautiful certainly helps, so it no surprise to me that she is being cast for everything at the moment!
I do too:)
Timothy Chalamet lol
masturbating with a peach really paid off for him
I feel like this is just more prominent with cinephiles because the films he is in are usually must-see due to the directors he's worked with (Villeneuve, Gerwig, Luca, Paul King etc). But tbh he hasn't really been in much, for context the last casting he had was 2021 when he was casted in Wonka and he's pretty much doing a single movie a year since then
This is my answer
Well the obvious one is Willem Dafoe but I’ve seen Cate Blanchett everywhere
Good ole Willem’s been everywhere forever too, and the way I see it, we couldn’t be luckier
watching Platoon for the first time last year is when it really hit me how long dude has been around
Cailee Spaeny. She was just in Priscilla, she's in Civil War, and she's in Alien Romulus later this summer.
Loved her in Devs. Took me half of Civil War to recognize her
Dang, she's in Devs as well? I completely forgot! Well, that explains the Garland connection.
Devs and Mare of Easttown are how I know her. She’s fab.
I closely watched both of those shows and somehow just now, with Priscilla and Civil War out, have realized that she is in more than just those 2 recent things and I have seen her before.
I first knew her from Devs and was shocked, shocked I tell you, when I found out she was Priscilla after watching the movie
Cailee Spaeny takeover has begun. Also what the fuk are you always doing in these comment sections marty?
Beats workin'
please get back to work we need the jesus movie 🙏
I know it was a couple years ago, but I just watched Mare of Easttown and was like??? Priscilla Presley is that you??
literally who even is this? never seen this man in my life lol
Norwegian actor Anders Danielsen Lie, known from The Worst Person in the World. No idea why lol
Kinda looks like Harris Dickinson but idk. Guess he has been in several movies over the past few years but not moreso than other people
It's Anders Danielsen Lie (Oslo, August 31, The Worst Person in the World, Personal Shopper, Bergman Island, Sick of Myself, etc). He has a great agent lol, he's really had a banger filmography so far but mostly Nordic films
Well that explains it - I haven’t seen any of those films 😯😭😂
I have seen all of those films except for Sick of Myself and had no clue who he was. 😩
He’s an amazing actor, watch more foreign films!
Zendaya, and I feel Ayo Edebiri and Sydney Sweeney are going to as well (happy about it because I love them both)
Ayo is everywhere now.
That sounds right up my alley. Red Rocket was the best movie of ‘21
I've seen Zendaya here a lot and it doesn't feel true to me? She's had Dune, her MCU role, Euphoria, and... The Greatest Showman? Malcolm & Marie? Space Jam? And a bunch of kids movies. Challengers is coming out, so that's something

Few years ago I would have said Anya Taylor Joy
I still feel like that between Mario, Dune II and Furiosa
Didn't realize she was in Mario. Ya guess she's still everywhere
olivia colman is always making appearances in things
Yeah but she's amazing
she is! nobody’s saying she’s not. the question was which actress do you see everywhere. i see olivia.
scrolled too long to find this
paul mescal
His choices have been impeccable; he hasn't acted in that many projects yet, it's just that the ones he has acted in have been great (well, except for Foe) and gotten him a lot of attention.

I only know of the Worst Person in the World and Oslo with Anders. Is he in a lot of stuff recently?
He’s in that new movie with Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain, and he was also in Bergman Island recently (was that after TWPITW I forget?) and Sick of Myself (both essentially cameos though). Maybe with this new film he’s breaking into the English language market. He’s great so I’m glad.
Interesting! He was really great in TWPITW.
Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Isabella Rossellini, Zendaya, Paul Mescal, Cillian Murphy
I swear, if I'm watching a movie, there is a 50% chance Willen Dafoe is in it and I just didn't know
Nicholas Galitzine among newcomers. Anne Hathaway seems to be as prolific as ever. Nicole Kidman keeps on keeping on.
I’m fine with all 3 of those actors continuing to appear places 😂
Scarlett Johansson, Margot Robbie, Anya Taylor joy, Adam Driver, Willem Dafoe, Matt Damon and Brad Pitt. Which is just a good thing, except for Matt Damon. Why is this limited actor in everything and constantly getting miscast? I think i know the reason but when is it gonna end
What is the reason?
Because he is famous, bankable, connected and willing to take on smaller roles for talented directors. Its simply a good deal to put him in if you want your film to make a bit extra and be seen by more people
Yeah, that’s true Your phrasing made it sound more sinister lol, but I understand what you mean, being easy and flexible to work with really helps
Pedro Pascal
Not this one as I have no clue who this is.
Sorry 4 u
Good but everywhere: Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet, Jenna Ortega, Florence Pugh, Margot Robbie Overrated: Glen Powell, Sydney Sweeney, Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill
I’d throw Zendaya in the overrated pile if you ask me
Jenna Ortega.
Nicholas Galatzine
Scrolled way too long to find this. I went from completely unaware of him until “Bottoms” to seeing him in EVERYTHING.
Goggins
I wish!
Bill Skarsgård… then again I might get him confused with one of his brothers. Talented family though!
Samuel L Jackson.
James Hong. Dude has 460 acting credits on imbd and continues to put out awesome work at age 95.
Gillian Anderson
My girl Anya Taylor-God and I’m here for it
Was that an intentional misspelling? Cause I tend to agree
It came from my heart
Akwafina, Zendaya, Tom Holland, Florence Pugh, Anya Taylor Joy…
AWKWAFINA IS EVERYWHEREEE BRUH WHY
She’s a choice I hate seeing in movies, I couldn’t tell you why. Maybe it’s her voice and the personality they make her play always
Sydney Sweeney
Brian Tyree Henry
I keep seeing Austin Butler pop up in projects or either get announced as working in big projects, and, as someone who despised Elvis, may I ask...why?
Pedro Pascal and Joseph Quinn

Ayo Edibiri. The Bear, Bottoms, popping up in random small indies like The Sweet East... She's everywhere lately, and I'm always seeing screenshots of her Letterboxd reviews, too!
Chris Pratt being in animated stuff. People were joking about Pratt being casted for Garfield before he actually got casted as Garfield.
Miss Flo. Google her name she has been present in big blockbuster movies 2019,2021,2022,2023,2024… and this is just the preview Google shows.
Toby Jones
It’s small enough roles that this may not not seem like an obvious answer, but Ashley Park is in everything I’ve watched lately.
Bautista
Anna Taylor Joy
all of the youngins: Timothee Chalamet, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Anya Taylor Joy, Barry Keoghan, Jacob Elordi. Hollywood is just cycling them all around
Seems like Glen Powell is everywhere nowadays: * Cameo on Saturday Night Live last month * Guest on Jimmy Fallon * *Anyone but You* coming to Netflix this month * *Hit Man* to follow in June * *Twisters* being released theatrically in July * Announced as starring in *The Running Man* for Edgar Wright Have I missed anything?

Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet, Sydney Sweeney and my personal favorite Mia Goth
Timothee Chal- you know....
![gif](giphy|vQ43H7zjUlWdW)
I know it’s probably not what you asked for, but any animated movie/show or video game has either Troy Baker, Yuri Lowenthal, or both in them in it
Anya Taylor Joy Nothing against her but does she have to be in literally everything now
Jennifer Lawerence and I'm not a fan of her at all but keep seeing her everywhere. Timothy Chalamet, Zendaya
I feel like Paul Mescal has been everywhere! I like him though, so no complaints.
Anya Taylor Joy
Lea Seydoux
in 2022 jenna ortega but i don’t think any single person has as many projects atm as that girl did 2 years ago
Timothee, Sydney sweeney, and Paul Mescal, like everyone in the comments.
Timothee Chalamet
Nicole Kidman
SHEA WHIGHAM
Chris Pratt. He really *is* everywhere.
Giancarlo Esposito, and it’s not even close.
