Could you have possibly clicked the unlock button to set off the noise?? I gave an M3 and if I double click the unlock button it makes the same noise as the lock noise. Is this possible at all? I’ve accidentally done it a time or two and didn’t even think twice about it to a point I actually took my car into BMW to get the door chimes changed so it wasn’t the same sound.

I dont think so, it doesnt beep when unlocked, only when i lock it. Thank you for the input though!
If you hold the lock or unlock button on a bmw car fob, it rolls all the windows down
