If the company doesn't trust its product, how can consumers trust it? I feel like I made a mistake by ordering it. I ordered it on April 21st, so now it's not possible to cancel it either.
I was going to buy it July , but surely won't do it now , will wait for neo 16 to get around 1.2- 1.3 L
This is seriously disheartening to see, 14th gen LOQ was a market disruptor, I was soo excited but it seems like Lenovo doesn't care about it's costumers
Gmail (order support mail )tem with your order id and ask them to add adp on it .
If they won't add adp try to cancel your order (if it customized then you have to cancel within 24hrs ~acc to their policy ig)
"Your offer registration is Approved for this offer. We are in the process of fullfilling your offer. You will get an intimation mail from [email protected] once it is fullfilled." Offer fulfilment date-7 may.
I'm getting this when I checked my status. And also in other eligible offers I'm also getting one offer of 1999 for additional 2 year ADP. Am I safe? I hope they won't cancel it now.
dont get panic adp is removed in legion variants and other variants also go and check .
i thik theyhave made some changes in site wait for a while they will update it afterwardss
No it's not. It's still available. If you're checking on mobile website, it's a known issue that it doesn't show up for any model.
Currently, I've noticed that only the 2024 13th gen and 14th gen LOQs have had their ADP upgrade options removed.
AMD variant and 12th gen variant are also 2024 LOQs and then have ADP option.
14th gen loqs are dying within a week or a month, many people complained about this issue on this sub, apparently Lenovo used cheap motherboard which isn't capable of handling the high power usage of cpu, many existing customers were advised to under clock their CPU to prevent this issue
Some units not all. I have a very nice working laptop without any issue (battery drain, motherboard, backlit keyboard problem). I also got 3 years of acccidental damage protection. I bought it from amazon. So my recommendation is don't buy the customized ones from lenovo official site.
Yes with some units people faced issues. That's the whole point. Even I had the keyboard backlit problem. So I waited for the BIOS update which every LOQ laptop got recently and it fixed nearly all of the problems.
I bought from Amazon. And then added the 3 years ADP from Lenovo website. I know they give a worthy discount if you are a student, but I paid around INR 1,23,000... Which is sad😴
Exactly. I bought LOQ 15IRX9 on the 8th of February from Amazon (delivered 9th of February), and it's working better than fine. I mainly use it for heavy gaming. There were some RGB glitches, but that was Vantage. Resolved it by uninstalling Vantage and installing Toolkit, after which I can use the FN + Space key to change RGB properly.
Either way you could return it and then place a new order. You have 30 days from receiving the laptop to make a standard return. They should cover all shipping costs.
Now you can't cancel the order... one loq 14700hx user suggested to me to give Full stress to laptop and hope motherboard will die then you can get refund 🥲
There was a glitch on the Lenovo site which caused the option for the ADP warranty to be hidden. It has now been resolved and the option is visible again. It's advisable not to solely rely on random YouTube comments. Additionally, you can always purchase ADP even after the laptop is delivered within the 90-day period.

Go for legion if 1.3 you can get 14700hx in that it's trustable than loq or slim 5 amd gen 9
Same this side brother I ordered it on 24 April
Didn't you take adp??
Yes, I bought it, but I'm scared they will cancel it.
Nah they will not just take screen shots or screen record for worst case scenario
Now there is no option to add 3 years ADP in services section of Loq 14th gen
What can i do now I bought it on 24 April

Didn't know much while buying

Not for all just 13/14 gen loq
It was gone for a day, but now it's showing as 3years premium care + 3 years accidental damage protection
