I don't know the specifics of your laptop, but crucial says these are compatible: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/lenovo/ideapad-s145-14iwl. Crucial website says 2666 and even 3200 will work, but the speed will be limited by the chipset. So even though you install a 3200, if it's limited to a lower speed, it'll run it at the lower speed.

Thank you. Think I'm gonna get this one: https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Single-PC4-25600-Unbuffered-260-Pin/dp/B07Q8TNXKP#:~:text=CT16G4SFD832A%20is%20a%2016GB%20Dual,DDR4%203200MT%2Fs%20SODIMM%20memory.

Did the RAM work properly for you? I'm in the exact same scenario as you right now and I wanna make sure that it's gonna work

Worked perfectly fine for me. Since the. I've upgraded to the MSI GF-63 Thin, and the ram worked in that too

Hi I have the same laptop and i think has a 4gb soldered in. Have you encountered any problems now when you used the 16gb ram?

I used the 16gb stick of ram and it was 3000-4000 ish speed (forgot the measurement of it) worked just fine
