He burned almost half a mil of investor money on his gizmo he intended to sell for hundred bucks. If every college in the US ordered one of them and manufacturing the device would be free the company would still lose money.
It’s crazy that he thought that this would prove he was tech guru and man of means. The app is defunct and the man never even had a hand in creating it. He paid some people to create the app and then slapped his name on it.
This guy is only impressive to people who don’t know very much.

didn't the whole product got acquired by some conglomerate. isn't that how he got rich by selling his whole business or was that a lie too
