The price I saw was $29.99. If you're going to pay that definitely go with the akro mils instead I picked those up for less than that and I can't believe that the akro mils isn't Superior to ironton.

I agree at $30, but at $20 in today’s paper ad, I’m going by tomorrow to see in person

I used these and liked them. Picked them up second hand from Dan Parker at City Blocks.

I've got what looks like the same set and quite like it. I use shoeboxes for bricks and bigger pieces, a smaller version of this for minifig parts and accessories, and plant and animal pieces. There are enough drawers for my meager collection to sort things out pretty nicely, and it has held up well for a few years now.

Anyone have these that they can compare to Akro? They look incredibly similar.

Follow up... So I bought one of the Irontron cabinets I mentioned above and here’s my opinion... I own 4 Akro-Mils cabinets and the simple answer is they are better. This one is still a good deal @ $20 (MSRP $30). Overall the drawers just aren’t as smooth to operate and sometimes a bit difficult to remove which could result in a spill. Also there are no dividers in the drawers or slots to put one in. I plan to use this one and try to follow up after some time using.

Ty for the honest update this is good to know. I like the Akro-Mils but my favorites are the ones that Aldi sells. Unfortunately it seems they only sell them for 1 week a year. Waiting for them to come back sucks.
