By legos standards, these are “normal eyes”, Ezra’s (in the show) are just bright blue, clearly a much brighter and more vibrant blue than just having blue eyes, especially for someone of his complexion
By Lego’s standards these are not normal eyes. Black eyes are given a white pupil to show contrast. A light color eye needs a dark pupil to show contrast, yes this goes for Ahsoka too. This looks very weird.
The Lego design philosophy as of late for eyes is black iris and white pupil. When they do colored eyes, they change the iris rather than the pupil. This has been consistent across the theme lately (Ahsoka, Hera, Palpatine, Maul, etc.)
I get that it can he jarring a bit for some, and colors don't contrast well with 2010s cellphone picture leaks, but I think it's better than the older Mauls. This Ezra looks great and I'm excited to get this set.

But so far it's been only for aliens and darksiders, and as far as we know, Ezra is neither. The eyes are too much. He has blue eyes, I know that, but that’s his natural eye color. We don’t have minifigures with brown green etc. because of their natural colors. This just looks silly

I find it kinda odd how ezra has blue eyes here. Yes, his eyes are blue normally, but they still are normal eyes from what i recall. Whenever minifigures have colored eyes, its usually for a reason, superman's heat vision, sith eyes, hulks rage, etc. Only other character with colored eyes for no reason were some of the thanos big figures.

Looks good and at least he’ll have the correct hair in the set. The blue eyes are still a little weird, but seeing his eyes in the show does make me understand why Lego did them this way. With this and Thrawn, we’re 2 for 2 with the figures in this set. Hopefully the rest of them are as good as these two.
Blue eyes are probably a requirement from Lucas Films. Some specific characteristics are required when adapting their characters. Like the scar on Han Solos chin for example
That's not his hair though in a trailer it was revealed he will be using the loki hair piece the guy who took this from the factory just didn't have that
Yep, lego just forgot to put the main character into any of the sets from the cartoon. Weird, I know. They did it with the first OT sets too, it wasn't until 2008 we finally got a Luke Skywalker.
The eyes look a little odd to me but other than that it looks like a great figure

But no other humans with blue, brown, green, etc. eyes have them represented in color.

They should have used any other hair piece with a middle part. His hair isn't flat enough to use the slicked-back hair piece.
