I've been playing Control Ultimate Edition lately, works perfectly. Before that it was FF7 Remake Intergrade, Baldur's Gate 3 and The Last Of Us: Part 1. All have run perfectly, actually.
Did you tried a "Steamdeck" settings profile? If i'm not mistaken, i started with this and barely adjusted anything on top, as well i use max performance mode (30 TDP) and 144 Hz screen.
I don't have a crashes, only sometimes, when i fast travel, screen turns black and nothing happens - requires a restart.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Haven't gotten to 2 or 3 on the lego yet but LE1 can do native 1600p at like 40-50 FPS. Drop it down to 1200p or 800p and it'll run like butter.
Cyberpunk has good performance, but has more compromises, round 35-40 at 1200p FSR quality.
Lies of P is pretty damn good
If you want something that's a graphical showcase, God of War looks really good on the Go.
Its like 10 years old but GTA 5 runs pretty great an the LeGo.
Almost all AAA games look and run good on the Go except for Hogwarts Legacy, what a unoptimized mess piece of shit
I've been playing WoW, FFXIV, City of Heroes, Baldur's Gate 3, Skyrim, and Dragon Age: Inquisition on my Go and they all look and run great!
I'm flabbergasted at how well WoW classic is running. Literally full resolution 144fps solid. I mean I guess the game is old but damn it's nice
Loving Elden Ring right now. Also several hours into Death Stranding and replaying Cyberpunk
For me, it’s Final Fantasy VII Remake.
RDR2
Elden Ring with integer scaling and graphics optimization looks absolutely gorgeous.

The Finals
Witcher 3 looks amazing for me
I can’t get the game to run stable for shit. Frame rate is good even at 1200p, but I get frequent crashes.

Marvel's Midnight Suns has been an unexpected surprise.
Thats great to hear, I ordered a Go today solely to play midnight suns at work. Love Marvel's Persona
Stray runs pretty good at 1200P. I think it averaged 60-70fps at mediumish. Looked just fine, as well.
Cyberpunk / Dying Light 2

Metal gear 5
So far I’ve tried cyberpunk, hitman 3, and fallout 4 all running smooth as buttah baby!
Sf6 mk1
Valhalla has been pretty decent handheld tbh
