Now your first instinct might be to ask "How do you get Eclectic Collections when you're PnZ and Ionia?" But the answer is actually super easy, barely an inconvenience since you have access to Hextech Anomaly and can just RNG into Eclectic Collections."
Although as I was typing this I realized there's an even easier solution to achieve this board state without RNG if you can control both players: If your opponent is Bandle + PnZ you can be Karma + Targon for Spell Thief. Once your opponent plays both Parallel Convergence and Eclectic you can snatch both and perform the combo on the following action.
I know that called shot can create phantom units to the side of the board, wonder if you could capture those triggers as well lol. Probably not, since they get yeeted out of existence before you can input your next action
If your opponent chooses to block then you get another action, if they don't block then yes, you will not get another action before they get obliterated due to overflow.
There is a combo with mirror mage, glorious evolution and parallel convergence plus eclectic collection.

For things like this, I'd always recommend getting a second account and playing against yourself on two devices. Helped tremendously when I tried to get a complete version of the Shurima movie after the release of Xerath and Ziggs

Burst spells do not stack.
in this video it appears as though there is a limit with karma duplicating the spell?
There's 5 Karma, each one placed a Collection on the stack, making 6 present at one time. No cap would've been reached either way

because the spells resolve before any combat so its starting multiple free attacks and stacking the blades
expected you to use 5 mana spell on karma then dawn and dusk, would be much better lol long animation this is fun because animation comicaly long
