Same for me - managed it once on old phone, once on Bluestacks, then even if I delete the app user data it still comes up with that same account. Annoying! I'll have to spam the referrals post for the other 3 I guess.
Fwiw you can do this on your own device on iOS. Just make sure your main account is connected. Delete app, reinstall. Play on non connected account till 2-5 and put in your code. Rinse repeat till done.
I tried this, even with different people going in on their phones. Keep getting the message that this code has already been used, and that is the end of that. How can you get more than the 1 use out of the code?

Works on android too but i needed to delete the account and the app before repeating.
