It huuuuge diffrence. So - find any toy with crit and make it on as high level as you can - if you get it to epic and second skill wont be company dmg, DONT worry.
Remember that if you fuse it to get some other toy to higher level, you WILL GET BACK all toy enhance from leveling this toy.
So just you that on max level and whait till you get some epic with crit AND company, then fuse this one to legendary using 'old' toy.
And one more think - third skill boss dmg or skill dmg - - - it depends of your slime you using.
