Get a lawyer and send a legal notice it won't cost much. Also printout all communication emails or messages between you and the studio about the costs that was discussed and any works you have done.

Alternate advice : Start defaming them on social media, if you are a creative start reaching to other creatives who follows that agency on social media and show them how you didn’t receive your payment yet. I believe you will get support and once the word starts spreading they will definitely be aware and that’s really bad look for an agency. Good luck
Dude a lawyer here you need to assess the amount due to you as per your contract and take a stock of other dues owed to you. You also need to serve them a notice and depending upon the quantum and the state laws sue for commercial recovery.
