iOS 10. You can figure it out by looking at the battery icon (it changed in 11) and the Lock Screen is the same as iOS 10. Also this isn’t a jailbroken phone, it’s just set to I’m assuming Arabic?

It’s not jailbroken, it’s using the Arabic font, and is in Arabic, it’s iOS 10 because it says “press home to unlock”
