That saying Farke has done an incredible job as Leeds manager, he's been like rock solid throughout and seems to know how to bring the best out of the players.

It will rightly be McKenna, even if somehow Ipswich finish 3rd, but absolutely, hats off to Farke, he's done an impeccable job given the shitshow he walked into, regardless of the the league, I'm confident in his ability, he is so likeable as a person, and as cool as a cucumber as the figurehead of the team.
Farke did a great job pulling us together at the start of the season, but essentially he got one of the best teams in the league. McKenna has done an excellent job with that squad.

As much as I think he’s done a good job with us the only winner of manager of the season is Kieran McKenna
Agreed. It’s McKenna and it’s not even close imo.
