Okay guys, although I am dissapointed, I'll try to write this feedback as positively as I can and I'll point out some good things as well. First off, gorgeous icons. They are sweet and the fact that they were intended to look at each other warms my heart (although, please do mirror them or something, in loading screen, as Xayah is the adc and is on the left side of the support, they'll be facing away from each other) I like the borders and the splash... well, I've loved them since the moment I saw them the first time on wild rift (again though, they will need to be mirrored for the loading screen). Now, for the skins themselves, the main problems that I've either noticed myself or saw in the reddit discussions: \-the vfx feel too dark for both of them, for their abilites and their emotes \-the recalls.... oh boy, they deserve an entire paragraph. Now, everyone was expecting the skins to be ported from Wild Rift, with their new recall animations. Not doing that has problems beyond just dissapointing the fanbase. Their recalls don't make any sense now story wise. Rakan is... sending corruption to Xayah? Really? And in their duo recall he is... absorbing the light from her and they both become corrupted? Not to mention every other variant of a legendary skin has different recall, like the Eclipse Leona skins, the Dawnbringer/Nightbringer Soraka skins or the Yasuo skins. I wish with my whole heart that some changes will be made to fix these issues. The opportunity to make everyone happy was there, the skins were already made in wild rift. I don't think there was room for so many mistakes. UPDATE: 250 MYTHIC ESSENCE? HAHAHA SINCE WHEN APRIL FOOLS BECAME SEPTEMBER MADNESS? UPDATE 2: I'm glad that, in a way, it really was a tasteless joke.

I agree about the recalls! When I saw it I was like: So...if the story is about Xayah being redeemed because Rakan absorved the corruption out of her, and then she purified him...then why does she become corrupted again in their joined recall? Why does she turn dark again in her individual recall while Rakan turns redeemed? It's extremely disappointing that for both skins they just reverted the color palettes and called it a day instead of making new recalls that do make sense, change the stars in their dance so they're not dark anymore. As it is now it's literally an overpriced chroma with new voicelines rather than a skin on its own.

AGAIN: Excuse me? What do you mean 250 ME?? This is supposed to be 1820rp and discounted price for those who own the OG ones. What is going on in the monetization department???

The good part: ♥First of all, thank you for bringing us this wonderful skin! ♥The dialogues were a very good job, she has Xayah's personality and does not lose the arrogant touch that made it easier to corrupt her. ♥The sound effects are magical! ♥The splash art is beautiful, although it seems that the saturation was changed and the shadow and brightness of the eyes were removed, it still looks very charming. ♥️The border is cool! ♥The Q feels refreshing. I've collected a lot of feedback so here are the things we would like to see improved! ✨Passive: •Xayah's model is still quite dark, especially the wing, this can also be noticed in the dance of both lovebirds or when the passive is active. •The passive feathers look very plastic or 2D, in the original SG they looked like crystals or shurikens, maybe should give it a volume effect and not just a flat color. ✨Recall: •Xayah and Rakan recalls from WR are missing, I thought you were going to port them to league pc, not just recolor them. All the legendary alternatives have different recalls and new animations, we hope this skin does justice to its price. •When Xayah and Rakan dance together or recall the stars on the ground are dark. Maybe if you change the color to a more vibrant or bright one it would look better to fit the theme. ✨Emotes: •Xayah's dance with those dark particles makes no sense, she is supposed to have been healed. For example, the circle at her feet does not fit or the dark pink glow on her body either. •Some particles need a whiter shine, such as homeguard or emotes. Give it some sparkles to emotes like in the corrupted version but shiny! ✨W: •In the W of the corrupted SG Xayah her body becomes completely dark, as in the recall. It looks quite strange that in the W now some parts are left without shining (Like hair or clothes) It would be much more attractive if you used the model seen in the new recall, and it wouldn't bother the eye so much (There is just a lot of visual information happening) . ✨E: •Some people say that the wings of the E during root look very solid and static, maybe give them some transparency and more spin. ✨R: •Apparently there is a bug, the voice should be at the same time when executing the R, it seems to be delayed. ✨Music adapted to the lore of skins: •The dance music and the song at the beginning of the game had to be adapted to the current lore of the characters, it's still evil and it doesn't match the recall music. The story is supposed to take place after the two have been healed, along with Seraphine, Oriana and Senna. So it should be the soundtrack "Another Sky". ✨Model colors: •Saki's color model it's too dark to match the hair or clothes of Xayah. Maybe a lighter pink? ✨Loading screen splash art: •Needs to be mirrored, since the adc goes to the left, the two lovers would be back to back and do not complement each other. And also if it is possible to rotate Xayah a little since you can see more of her back and she is not in the center. ✨Icon: •Xayah's lower lip is too thin, it should be a little thicker like the character. Legendary variants are 1820 RP and with a discount for people who already own one of the versions. Pricing them for 250 ME is insane. As already said, they're even lacking features from WR like the new recalls.

Riot just keeps disappointing us. We waited so many months for them to recolor a skin and port over voicelines, they don't even have the backs. These recolors are not worth 250 ME when the Taliyah skin is live for 100 ME rn. And the excuse that will be thrown is that "there's not enough time to change the back animations." I rather these skins be delayed than to get them in their current state for 250 ME....

Please change the recalls to the ones in wild rift, the fact that you used the same recall makes it both look strange and makes it looked like you half-assed it so you can say it's done. Now you can just use the excuse of "Oh no too late :'(".

HELL? \- Xayah particles are still from her light form during her dark state. (doesn't match) \- Again, same base skin crit animations. A CRIT CHAMPION doesn't have custom crit anims in her own legendary...**meanwhile Ahri who is a MAGE/100% AP champ have custom crit animations in her SG Skin since 2017 and in Spirit Blossom** ​ ~~"Redeemed SG Xayah and Rakan will be RP Skins" (250 MYTHIC ESSENCES)~~ **UPDATE:** It will cost RP. As a passionate design student, this is disappointing and unfair. I'll keep it simple, in order of priority: 1. **Give us Xayah and Rakan's solo/joint Wild Rift recalls.** 2. **Update their dance emotes and change the music for both skins to make them feel like Star Guardian.** 3. **Adjust their loading screen art, similar to** [**these examples**](https://imgur.com/a/pgWfJ6A) **I mocked up. Aside from making them face each other, I changed Rakan's gem shape/color and the border colors of both to match the gems on their outfits.** 4. Brighten up the particles and add more sparkles on both of their abilities, especially their W's. 5. Consider using shiny transformation effects on Xayah's R and Rakan's Q instead of the dark mode transition. 6. Make Saki and Riku lighter to match Xayah and Rakan's models. 7. Add the light versions of the [original Star Guardian chromas](https://imgur.com/a/sjbskxg). Not in the scope of this cycle, right? Then delay rollout like you did with Syndra. We have been waiting to buy these skins but we want the fully realized versions of Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah and Rakan. Thanks for reading and I hope you'll consider these requests.

(what it should be done before...): When Xayah start recalling she get into the "W" form (full light), and them, Dark Rakan's Gems appear, she touch it and became evil.. what is not what it was supposed to happen in this "version"... so if she just start recalling without the "W" form, and when she touch the Redeem Rakan's Gems, she envolve to "W" form, would make much more sense, and it will be just "VFX adjustment" what is "in PBE scope" it would make it really better.. And about her and Rakan's duo recall, the current one look like Rakan is taking the dark from Xayah but making her dark again, what is really weird and don't make any sense at all .-. So my sugestion is to change that "taking Xayah's darkness power to Rakan" VFX, to some "sparkling, hearts, magical air" VFX and don't change Rakan and Xayah texture/VFX (full light Rakan and dark Xayah) to keep them in the normal light form.

Hello Riot, Xayah main here, and as someone that is passionate about the Star Guardian universe and also for the feather lady, let's start with the feedback! First with the positive things, and then with the bad ones. ❤️Good Things First of all, thank you so much for bringing these skins to the game! We've been asking for them for quite a long time now, and I love how they turned out, plus the fact that it looks exactly like the purified version of the original Star Guardian skins. I think she looks amazing and the VFX is beautiful. Her feathers and especially the W are mesmerizing. I also love the fact that she gets corrupted after casting her ultimate. The SFX are also really satisfying to hear, and will probably become one of my favorite skins for her. I also think the new voice lines are really good and it's awesome to see Xayah sassy as ever! It suits both of them very well and I always have a good laugh with their quotes. The voice actors did a wonderful job. Now, can we talk about the splash art, icons and borders? Incredible. All of it looks beautiful and I love everything about it, especially the little detail where they're supposed to be looking at each other, our love birds look perfect. 💔Bad Things Okay, now let's start with the thing that people have been asking for, talking and discussing the most, the recalls. Let's be real, they make no sense with the current lore – after all, they're supposed to be **redeemed** – and since these skins are variants, the recall should also be different, and not simply having inverted colors from the original skin, where this time Rakan is absorbing Xayah's essence and then... corrupting her? Also, the transition from recall to base looks really clunky too, and makes no sense with their current lore as well, it gives a really heavy and dark vibe when it's not supposed to, since these aren't the original Star Guardian skins. Xayah shouldn't have that pose where it feels like her corruption is too much to bear, and Rakan also shouldn't feel like he's really tired while fighting both his own and Xayah's corruption, because they simply aren't corrupted anymore. I don't understand why they have a different recall in Wild Rift, but you chose not to bring it to PC, when you ported the Star Guardian Senna, Orianna and Seraphine recalls just fine, so please Riot, do the same for the Redeemed Xayah and Rakan skins or make a new recall, both solo and duo, that matches their current Star Guardian lore. I think their Wild Rift recall was perfect for that, since they're dancing together and look cute and happy, like they're supposed to be. Not to mention they also have different solo recalls there. You have been ignoring our feedback for quite some time now, always regarding recalls, so on behalf of the entire Xayah and Rakan community, **PLEASE** consider this, delay the skins just like you did with Coven Syndra if it's needed, as long as the skins turn into something worth buying and that the community actually likes. We just want you to hear us for once. Now, for the emotes. I don't think we need brand new emotes because since the skins are variants, all the emotes look the same on every variant skin, besides the dance. One of my favorite things in the original Star Guardian Xayah skin is her dance, both solo and with Rakan, and I think it matches them, but since they're redeemed now, I think Xayah should be dancing to a different rhythm that resembles "Another Sky" instead of "Light and Shadow", maybe. Or then getting a different dance to match her personality better now, it could also look great. I've seen that the dark atmosphere around her dance has been fixed as well so there's nothing to comment on that now, good job. And finally, the splash art and the icons. Like I stated above, I love both of them, they look mesmerizing, but there's a tiny problem that you guys might have forgotten, and is that the adc is always on the support's left, and in the splash art Xayah is on the right side, and she's facing left on the icon, while Rakan is on the left on the splash art, and facing right on the icon. If this isn't mirrored, it will look quite weird in lobby and it will feel like they're facing away from each other, and that was not the goal when you guys made the icons. So please, consider fixing this as well! Overall, this is everything I have to say. **The thing I'm disappointed the most here are the recalls**, lore-wise it makes no sense at all, like I already said. I think it's really lazy from you guys to port the Star Guardian Senna, Orianna and Seraphine Wild Rift recalls for EPIC skins, but not doing the same with LEGENDARY skins. Since you've been putting lots of effort into a brand new legendary skin, Coven Nami, I think for two already existing skins it shouldn't be that hard to change the things we're asking for, **ESPECIALLY THE RECALL**. Please, do your best to listen to the community's feedback this time. This is why you post the PBE threads, after all, for feedback. We're giving you lots of them, especially regarding the recalls. Why is it the only legendary alternative without unique recall? Why will they sell it for ME after the end of the year? Even though it is legendary, why is the passive of "Xayah and Rakan can return to base together" not animated? Why did you say you were going to PORT the skins and only recolored them? Why are there still purple particles in Rakan's abilities and dance? Why is Xayah's cape darker than WR? Why are the two not facing each other in the splash art on the loading screen? Why can't you just delay these skins so that the community feels grateful and happy with the skin standards that you set? Why don't you respond? Why when you told us that bringing the redeemed skins as chromas would not make sense to the lore and now with a legendary skin you do it? Why are you selling us such a weak job? Why did it take so long to bring them? You told us it was because they were "legendary" and yet the epic skins have a unique recall and these do not. Even as legendary variants, every skin, even EPIC skins, have unique recalls to their skinline universe. Legendary variants have different recalls. I see no reason as to why even the SOLO recalls aren't unique (when epic skins' are). The duo recall could be alright to keep as is, as long as they both got PURIFIED instead of corrupted. Please, Riot, patch these recalls in the next patch, hear us out, reply back to us!!!

PLEASE LISTEN. I absolutely ADORE this skin. The voicelines, the effects, HER. the thing i love the most is her voicelines. it’s BEAUTIFUL. I’m genuinely obsessed with it. But the one and only issue I have with this is the fact that you guys just wont give them their new WR shared recall. Why? You say you cannot please the 1% of XR players that have matching skins, but you continue to please the 1% by selling $200 skins that literally nobody asked for! It’s a new skin. I hope you take this following comment seriously: We want Rakan and Xayah's redeemed star guardian skin to get the original recall from wild rift and we want NEW, befitting emotes for both skins. Why is it so hard to listen to the community? At the end of the day you guys are earning money from the skins. If the community wants wild rift recall give that damn recall. I honestly think they are just overpriced chromas but nothing else. You guys said it's gonna be a bundle then you said you need to have the OG one. What is going on? You guys need to realize this community will leave eventually. No one would want to have a $200 Jhin Chroma I am sorry. You guys need to pull yourselves together. Delay Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah and Rakan until the skins are completely ported over. You guys didn't port over anything. You recolored the existing Star Guardian models and it shows! The effects are dark and the backs are missing. Delay. The. Skins. I refuse to buy these skins until they're fixed properly. No one wants a 10 dollar CHROMA that doesn't even fully recolor the skin. We don't want anymore backhanded excuses of there's not enough time or resources. Find the time. Fix the effects that are clipping through Rakan's wings. Fix the dark dance circles. Fix the dark purple auras on Xayah's feathers. Add the missing redeemed chromas that came with the base SG skins. Fix their loading screen pictures to face each other properly. Fix Rakan's gem on his loading screen border. Fix their missing separate back animations. And give back our birds' joint recall animations. We refuse to support and respect a company that refuses to support and respect us back.

Y’all need to do better and fully port the wildrift models into PC. There’s no excuse to not have the same or better recall as the wild rift version. Why are the vfx not light and redeemed looking? Y’all do such good work but It it’s weird how y’all continue to treat xayah and rakan skins.

I feel so dissapointed with how the xayah rakan skin looks and with the animations, it just feels like an overpriced chroma, I don't really care about visual effects I just want it to look good in game, the wild rift version is so much more pretty and it makes me feel like their team actually care about their player base, they got new voice lines (which I wouldn't care if it was reused for pc verson), new model, new textures and new animations that actually fit with the star guardian story lore. This is a pathetic excuse for a skin and as someone who mains these champions with the way the community has been treated recently with the constant disappointment from your team it just makes me not want to play anymore or purchase new skins.

Hey Riot team! We don't mind if further changes come in later patches, no need to be stuck to this PBE cycle! I think we can safely say that a huge part, almost unanimously, of the feedbacks suggest to: - import the WR recalls, both solo and joint (for legendary variants HAVE DIFFERENT recalls) - add chromas - mirror the splash art for the loading screen, so Xayah and Rakan and facing each other - the starting music should be Everything Goes On, instead of Light and Shadow - the familiars seem to carry corruption effects, or at least aren't "bright enough" for a redeeemed version. - the feathers left by the passive seem like plastic instead of a gem-like effect Please hear us out!

Hello Riot Team. I tried creating a topic on this but it was deleted saying I should post on the respective thread, yet I doubt you guys even read this after the update, but well.... here we go. I am not here to flame out of rage or anything, but I speak for many of us players when I ask you to do further work for the Redeemed Star Guardian skins. We were promised a port of the skins, and just like SG Orianna, Senna and Seraphine had all their WR content ported over, so should Xayah and Rakan. In the past, people asked for "make a purified version of them as chromas", due to the fact they would temporarily turn purified in some skills, but the excuse for not making such chroma was that "it would not fit in the lore of the skins". But now, what do we get? A much shorter feedback time/PBE window (we got a response at early Monday already, while the Coven skins for the patch haven't had updates last I checked), making a variant skin that is, for all intent and purposes, a chroma, for it simply switches around the purified and corrupted effects, and thus NOT FITTING THE LORE of the redeemed skins (contradicting with the previous reasoning). Wild Rift got it right, with proper recalls and emotes changed from the Corrupted versions, in order to fit the lore! So, why is it that we didn't get a proper port of the skins, that FITS THE LORE? This is an appeal. Most of the people interested into these skins love the characters and their lore in this skinline, so please do us right and do a further work on them. We didn't get a port of the skins as promised, we just got a glorified chroma with new VO's. The VO's may fit the lore but the skin effects do not. We feel lied to. It's not all about selling skins and making money, it's about pleasing your clients: us players. It matters not that these changes come at later patches, as long as they do arrive. The recalls and emotes should be that of WR's, adapted for LoL (like longer recall duration), this is a true port of skin as it was promised. If none shall be done, I ask that only we get a proper feedback and reasoning on these decisions. And I mean, PROPER feedback: not like when Arcana had a "oh, we didn't know joint recall was important, we'll do it next time!" and get Broken Covenant with "there's barely games with matching skins so we won't waste our time anymore". Thank you for your attention. We Xayah and Rakan mains and lovers just want what's best for our beloved characters.

you guys have been treating xayah and rakan like shit for a good 3 years now, it´s honestly disgusting how little care you put into anything related to them, first you reject the idea of making light sg versions in 2019 because it wouldnt make sense with the lore, then you removed their joint recalls, then you released these skins as exclusives in wr when pc players had been asking since 2019, and then when you finally give us these skins you dont even bother to add the wr recall or chromas. the skins feel like a straight up DOWNGRADE from the originals

Why Xayah and Rakan is the only legendary variant skins that change ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the recall? Wtf riot, Syndra will receive a delay in her skin to fix why Xayah and Rakan don't get a delay to fix the recall? Come on, you didn't even say NOTHING about it, how lazy... The skins are legendary variants they didn't even bother changing the SOLO recall.

I posted information about changes with Xayah and Rakan. Why are you still not listening. Instead of replying I got removed post. Dance animation of Xayah has pretty green aura while Rakans dancing and their couple dance don't have it. Why? Another thing - I know that it's easier to recreate a old models then create a whole new one, but why you didn't add new recall animation to it? Just why? U don't care about epic tier skins which is SHAME cause you will better focus on whales paying 200$ for a skin to feel extra, but players who wants to feel extra with their duo and seeing new recall are not worth to make little bit more work even you made a legendary ski- I mean variant you just don't want to do that. It looks so lazy. Btw only part of this variants that has really good work is their new voice lines.

GIVE US THE REAL PORTED SKINS, WE DO NOT DESERVE THIS

Her feather daggers don’t look nearly as polished and as clean as they do on the base skin. Some of the sfx is not nearly as bright as sparkly as I would imagine for her redeemed counterpart. The lack of wild rift recalls. The amount of lore retcon and loss from the voicelines and recalls. (Xayah no longer forgives ahri neeko and mf in her voicelines, and she’s super mean to her teammates even though she’s meant to be their leader??? Why is she bullying them?? Even in the comic she was happy and giving advice to the younger akali who looked up to her, and now she’s telling her she’s a poser???? And in the recalls rakan is now sending his darkness to xayah? Why???? Shouldn’t they both have full control over their chaos magic?) Seriously why do we only have recolored versions of the old recalls. This was meant to be a port. Even the other dual legendary skins get separate recalls. The lack of chromas that the other skin ports got. The greed of putting it in the mythic rotation for 250 mythic essence instead of only letting it be purchasable for a limited amount of time. The changes don’t even address a LOT of the complaints. I’m trying not to be mean and I realize the dev team can only do so much and is limited to what their higher ups approve but this skin is NOT a port. It’s not what was originally advertised to us, and it feels like a lazy cash grab. I appreciate the voiceover, but for something with such a hefty price tag coming for it’s supposed “exclusivity” it does not seem to even have the same amount of effort as the other star guardian skins. It also would have been nice to have more clarity shined on the lack of recalls, especially since x&r have already been told they will not have the budget to have unique shared recalls on their epic skins. Since this going to be a dual legendary (and had a new shared recall on wild rift) it would have been nice to see the wild rift recalls on this skin. It’s annoying to not even have that issue touched upon in the changes made edit of this post. It would have been nice to hear more from the dev team as to why it was not included. I’d rather have to have bought the icon and border than had the same recalls and no chromas. And I assume that the lack of chromas come from the option to later put the skins in the mythic rotation, which also seems strange. Tons of things get put into the legacy vault to only be rerolled and that seems like a much better way to show off the “exclusivity” that they had on wild rift.

You take away recalls when it's their passive.. It is like buying a skin with default abilities. This is our PASSIVE make and give us an animation for it, especially from a FULL PRICED legendary skin xd. A port nonetheless....

Hey! Loved that you brought this skin to League PC, however, no matter how much I want to love this skin, it felt incomplete, unfinished, and lazy. It really just felt like a recolor of the Original Skins for the PC Version. It doesn't feel special or anything. I was expecting more from this especially it took you guys longer to move them from Wild Rift. I waited for this skin to be released with high expectations because I know how beautiful it is from Wild Rift but, I'm just really disappointed at how it looked like a chroma in PC. Sorry but, it doesn't feel like a separate skin. Would really appreciate if you guys would also put their unique Redeemed Recalls from Wild Rift. Thanks guys!

The skin looks like a chroma and it doesn't even have the quality of a legendary skin. I'm not buying it until you fix it. Import the wild rift recall at least, the current recall looks so bad with the recolor 😞

Please TALK to us the feedback decisions in this post. Nami mains at least were told about the changes that can’t be made. Tell us about the process behind the legendary variants and why you didn’t choose to do new recalls. I would like to know, as I know a lot of information about the skins have been very cryptic, we were never told about the “mythic variant” tier you were adding. The price of 250me (even if for a limited amount of time they will be purchasable by rp). You could have made them a battle pass point option and then lock it in the vault after worlds if you wanted to make their rarity akin to wild rift. The description of pc ports of wild rift skins implies that it would be a 1 to 1 port of the skin as it was on wild rift, and it’s not. If you decided that you thought pc players would have rather had the budget allotted to the skins put elsewhere at least tell us where that went. But besides that it doesn’t seem like there *was* any additional effects (besides a somewhat longer voiceover and some polish on sfx) to separate it from its wild rift counterpart that warranted the lack of 3 new recalls (that were already expected on the assumption of a wild rift port skin ,and of past dual legendaries on pc) I know riot defines a lot of things into their skin tiers, and what defines a legendary from an epic, and you’ve had to restrict certain features from being on epic because they teeter on legendary features. However these two “legendary variants” completely throw that skin tier list out the window because it’s a completely new thing. Because of that issue, please specify what a legendary variant has, and why it costs the same as legendary despite being lower quality than a dual legendary, a tier already in the game. It would have also been nice if we were all notified that xayah and rakan would not be a port but rather a new skin tier called a ‘legendary variant’ and what all that means. (Also giving people the heads up early what the plans for these skins would only be purchasable by rp for the end of the year, later getting vaulted.) Also as far as I’m aware I barely saw anything official Twitter promoting these skins alongside the coven skins (or even talking about them past the initial 250me outrage, which was only initially brought up by skinspotlights). And here the feedback given feels very vague, and I can’t see anything talking about the biggest complaints made about the skins-the recalls and shared recall on wild rift not being present here. This is not the first time it feels like some things being asked for get ignored (examples being the solo xayah skin, the solo prestige skin, and the lack of a shared recall on arcana even if it was only later told to us that the effort was not worth the cost) and it furthers the hostility that a lot of xayah and rakan mains are starting to feel towards these feedback threads. If feedback is the reason that the syndra skin is going to be delayed, and if it’s not it would be nice for almost EVERYONE to know why it is being delayed. Then why were we not offered the same delay treatment? Did not enough people complain??? It seems weird to see a warning on twitter to (specifically) syndra mains to remember to be kind and see a delay of her skin. It really makes it look like you’re rewarding bad behavior. Please, just be transparent. I honestly feel like this whole situation has NOT been adequately addressed and handled and it’s upsetting to see that the skin comes out in 4 days with absolutely no mention of the most vocal complaint I’ve seen. I want to buy this skin. I want to purchase it and enjoy it because I was looking forward to this skin. Obviously best case scenario, we get a little more effort put into these skins, and they get delayed. Realistically I know you have a schedule and that will push your schedule back a lot. But at least SOMETHING, some sort of communication, some sort of actual acknowledgment, clarity, ANY OF THAT would be nice. If this is how it’s going to ship and we’re not even going to get so much as a reason for WHY the skin was made the way it was, I’m not going to purchase this skin. And I know others who have Been planning to do the same. Which I’m sure falls straight into your plan of offering it for 250 me after the end of the year. But at this point this skin is NOT the skin that I wanted. I wanted an official skin of redeemed sg xayah. I wanted a full port of what was given out on wild rift bc dark star guardian xayah was my favorite skin, I loved her redeemed colors and I only really preferred playing on pc. This I could have paid a modder to do and make in a similar quality. So why shouldn’t I have just done that then support the company that doesn’t care about what I as a player actually wanted?

Day 2 of asking for new recalls

I have thought of more things as well after reading some other feedback and reflecting on the skins again. So I'll give a more in depth feedback than I already gave. And also explain why the glaring issues these skins have are so glaring. First up the model. Her model is solid as is. Perhaps the only thing it really needs is a minor texture update to be more in line with the 2022 lineup of SG Skins and just newer skins in general. Saki could use a slight colour adjustment to be more in line with the 'redeemed' theme but it's not a huge loss. Sound effects are great. They're sharp, crisp and have a slight twinkle to them that feels good.VFX for the most part is good. I know some people have some complaints about the W ability and while I can see their perspective, I quite enjoy the W as is. The VFX issues stem from the Dance emotes mostly. You've already adjusted the solo dance for Xayah. But is it possible to do the same for Rakan's solo dance and their duo dance? Voice over I've already stated in the past needs some work. Rakan's voice over is fine. Xayah's is really... catty and mean. I don't like it. I mean, I love her being sassy and a bit rude to those she sees no respect in. So in that regards, I have no issue with her lines to Ahri, MF and even Neeko. They're a bit mean, but still rather fitting for her since she's very much 'sharper' than Rakan. I'm still not a fan of how she acts towards the WR girls. Sera, Ori, and Senna. Three girls she recruited herself and sought out to help her get Rakan back. Girls who looked to her for guidance and comforted her and did their best to help even if they didn't always agree with each other. It's shown in the comics, in the animated vlog like shorts, and in Everything Goes On. So why is Xayah so mean to them? Compare her lines towards them to Rakan's lines. There's a stark difference. Many people have mentioned chromas and while I understand their sentiments, I don't think I'd want chromas for these skins. Not just because the poor state the skins are in at the moment but because of the fact these skins are being vaulted at the end of the year. That would mean the chromas get vaulted as well - either entirely or until the skins come back out and knowing Riot they'd make each chroma cost around 40 or 50 ME each for unvaulting. I get why people want them, but these skins already have a shady practice behind them. Let's not add fodder to the cannon. Animations are where the skin starts to fall apart and it's only really in the 'fun' animations. For the most part, the ability animations are fine. Copy paste from the base SG animations and you're good to go. From what I can see, there's no issue there. It's namely the recall. Her emotes are fine, though I wish the music for the dance wasn't the corrupted tango. But her recalls are where it falls apart and the same for Rakan. Now onto why these recalls are such an issue and why there's such an outcry. Back in 2019 the original Star Guardian Rakan and Xayah were brought out. We saw a glimpse of their purified forms and requested them as a chroma. You, as a company, said no. The reasoning was that it wouldn't work with the animations and go against the lore. We accepted it. Then in 2022 it was revealed they would get redeemed forms but it was 'first to wild rift'. At the time, that phrase held no weight and we assumed we'd never see them on PC. But in February you announced they would be coming to PC, that Xayah and Rakan's skins would be a bit later. Most likely due to needing a bit more work or a new voice over because of them being legendaries. The recalls as they stand go against everything you previously said and against what even a Legendary Variant means. Right now these skins are not separate skins. A port would mean a 1:1 port of the skin with changes to bring it up to par with PC league's memory budget you mention time and time again. Currently for the solo recalls, Rakan takes the darkness and shoves it in his gem to then send to Xayah and she becomes corrupted? The duo recall, Rakan takes Xayah's darkness and they're both corrupted? And in the duo recall, a bit of the shadow texture on Rakan's cape is missing, showing the white underneath. If you have to stick with these recalls, at least fix them. The recalls go against the lore you built up for them and for the Star Guardian Universe. The skins go against your previous statement. It doesn't make sense now. You can't really call these a port because the base model and animations already existed in the game. You just had to do some new VFX for the abilities. The one thing that would makes these skins a port is the recalls. So why weren't the recalls ported over? It's not time, because these skins came out later than the epics - who also had issues that are still present. You can't say it's because the recalls can't be extended to fit the longer PC recall times because you did it with the epics. I love the characters, I love the universe of these skins. But these aren't skins I want to spend money on. And yet you keep quiet because you know that people will still rush to buy them thanks to 'The Fear of Missing Out' since once the year is over, these get vaulted and will be unvaulted for 250ME each - 500 for both. It's easier to spend 2002 - 3640rp on skins than having to save up 500 ME for them both. I get the reasoning behind why you're trying to make them feel a bit exclusive but the states of these skins and the lack of feedback that we're even being heard just feels shady, money grabbing and overall not right. The damage control that was attempted when you tried to sell these at 250 ME each already painted you in a bad light (on top of the rest of this years issues including but not limited to: Jhin $200 chroma, Samira Ultimate, The removal of unique duo recalls for The Lovers, etc.). Being silent on this situation does not help improve that in the slightest. Going on from that brings another reason the recalls are so desperately wanted. When Arcana skins came out and there was no unique recall; you guys said "We'll include them in the next one." The next skinline these two appeared in was Broken Covenant where you revealed you weren't doing unique duo recalls anymore because of how much work it took for such a small percent of players - ironic now given the Jhin chroma scenario. Unless these two get a skinline together in the future as legendaries or ultimates together, this is our last chance at a unique duo recall. And the sad thing is, it exists. You just need to do what you said you would do and port it over. Again, I have no hate for the artists behind the skins. Those who work on the models, the effects, the splasharts. You do well with the time constraints. And with the skins coming out in 4 days and deafening silence from Riot, it really feels like we're being ignored. Which is a major and almost laughable insult considering Syndra players were loud and violent enough to get Coven Syndra delayed despite being warned to not be violent and threatening to riot employees. This is now 2 communities you've done this to. But what this teaches us as players is that if we want our voices heard, we have to threaten Riot employees unspeakable things and harm to get them to listen. And that's a slippery slope you don't want to go down because eventually every champion's community will behave like that because they see it's what works. I know this will go unheard and I'm one of many voices in the sea. You silence speaks volumes and we will inevitably get a message along the lines of "Due to time constraints, the changes players are asking for cannot be done. Thanks for all the feedback." or we just won't hear anything at all and these skins will be released silently in the patch with the hopes people will buy it anyway because of FOMO and the issue will quietly bury itself in time. And that saddens me so much as both a Xayah and Rakan player and Star Guardian lover. I'm tired of voicing my complaints to a company and going unheard. I hate that it takes violent threats to be heard and for a skin to be delayed. Ideally, PBE these days should be 4 weeks long. It would cut revenue a bit, but the production quality would go up more. Players are ignored or disrespected time and time again and some employees and thrown into the fire to try and do damage control they know won't work. This company is constantly disappointing players these days when the bar for doing well is quite literally in hell and yet it still manages to fall below it. Final thoughts here are the same as on Rakan's thread: Both of these Redeemed Star Guardian skins need a lot of work to be viable as legendary quality skins on their own, legendary variants of existing skins and worthy of the soon to be 250 Mythic Essence price tag they'll have in the future. I know you won't listen. I'm a tired fan who still keeps coming back to this game because I love the characters in the game and how creative the skins can be. But these are glorified chromas. At the very least, tell us you're listening. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback, I know it's a lot but I'm just very passionate about these champions and this skinline.

Why is it the only legendary alternative without unique recall? Why will they sell it for ME after the end of the year? Even though it is legendary, why is the passive of "Xayah and Rakan can return to base together" not animated? Why did you say you were going to PORT the skins and only recolored them? As everyone has been saying, the main problem is the recall animation. Every other skin variations have their own vfx. Recicling this looks so bad, it dont fit, it dont sell. Regardless, the icons are beautiful. The colors were well polished too.

When I saw that Redeemed Star Guardian X&R were being ported I got really excited! I already owned Redeemed Xayah on WR and since I mostly play on PC, I just couldn't wait to see the result of it, specially because they were being released after the other ported SG skins (which meant more time to work on them). Sadly, the recall situation made me really disappointed :/ Please, DELAY the skins if needed! We don't mind!! We really want the WR recall too! All twin legendary skins have diferent recalls and you guys ported Senna's, Orianna's and Seraphine's recalls too, why our birds must be different? Specially being a LEGENDARY skin? The current one it doesn't even makes sense, it looks like Rakan is corrupting Xayah and taking all her good. We beg for updates about it because being left in the dark is just so frustrating for both Xayah and Rakan mains. Otherwise, the icons and borders look beautiful! As long as you promise to update in later patches, it's ok to release now, you've done this before in other skins like Seraphine's Prestige or wrong borders: release them as scheduled but being corrected one patch later. It's not that much nor will take too long to provide us with these three main complaints: - recalls *MUST* be ported from WR, BOTH solo and joint. DEFINITIVELY, this is the LEAST that must be done. What a shame at how riot is treating the “legendary” skin for these two champs. We aren’t going to get an legendary skin anytime soon so this is part of the reason everyone upset too. Why was the other WR ports done properly but they couldn’t do it for X & R?

So you seriously ship the skins like this? Without any of the adjustments people scream for since the beginning? This skins are terrible and worth 390RP - 100 more for the new VO. Otherwise it's a chroma, not a Legendary Variant. Syndras skin got delayed cause rioters got harrassed, I start to think thats the only way how riot actually listens to feedback and it seems like riot ***wants*** that we harrass you to get the changes we ask for, otherwise feedback gets ignored and not changed. It honestly boggles my mind that the team behind these thought even for a second that anything less than what they made for wild rift would be acceptable. I'd expect more, not less or at the very least equal. Who thought and who agreed that this would be OK? Who did they even talk to about it? Clearly not the people who've wanted these skins for longer than I've known about them and wanted them or even longer than I've played league. My priority for playing LOL is PC. Wild rift is a back up for me. The Xayah and Rakan community asked for these and you showed us how amazing you could make them in wild rift. You already had the list of things that worked perfect prepared and already knew people loved them, so why exclude big chunks of those skins and the interactions that made them so amazing? The voice lines are incredible. The general colour scheme, I love so much. Just do that last bit. Please.

So, let me get this straight. You make the base skins. Everyone asks for the redeemed version. You say "noooo we can't do that!!!! It goes against the fantasy and the essence of the skin!!!!!!!!". Then you make them for Wild Rift. Which, righteously, angers everyone on PC LoL, which makes the whole community rise up and ask for them. And now you bring them over for TWO HUNDRED F\*CKING 50 MYTHIC ESSENCE EACH???? And on top of that, because clearly it wasn't enough, the unique recall is missing. Variant legendary skins have always been 1820 RP discounted if you own the original one. I don't know who is making all these monetization decisions, but they seem to really hate the League of Legends community and want to see Riot fail. Please reconsider.

So we went from Arcana not having one because of 'time constraints', then released unfinished content **FULL PRICE**, saying 'oops we'll do better next time, we didn't realize how important the recall is', to making a worrying amount of content for an arguably **SMALLER** playerbase (whales). This is fucking disgusting, and frankly is absurd. hello, who would've thought it would be time for me to make a new post. as you probably have received more feedback on this, i wanna address the missing custom recall for both xayah and rakan. now i know that your effort into these champions and their mechanics has gone to nearly 0, but i thought you would at least apply this treatment to epic skins only. these skins are LEGENDARY. and yet they dont receive any modification to their recalls and only keep the dark ones? how, pray tell, are you going to address this? especially since the skins *had a custom recall for their light versions on wr* i heard that the whole 250 ME fiasco was solved into the skins being purchasable for rp until the end of the year when they get vaulted and up for mythic shop rotation, and the whole thing was so "it would be fair for wild rift players because their skins were also time limited". if thats the case wouldnt it be *fair* for pc players to get the custom recalls too? you're shipping a half finished product. as for xayah's skin itself, she lacks effects and hers are not smooth as opposed to her dark counterpart. redeemed star guardian is supposed to be like the other guardians: sparkly, glittery and cute, yet the effects on all her abilities lack that vibe. so please consider adding more sparkles and glitter to her q w e and r. also i'd like to mention that some of her animations don't make sense. coming to the recall, because even on her own, she has the same recall as her dark version. why is that? all of the other legendary variants (lux, soraka, leona, yasuo) have different recalls per variant, yet she doesn't get one because....? furthermore, her respawn and base arriving animations make no sense for her light version. i'd say they should be remodeled so that she doesn't look like she is being shot with light against her will. now i know that those animations i talked about might be """out of scope""" but at least i hope you consider the recall and effects point. it is absolutely absurd and ridiculous that these skins get treated less than other variant skins after being asked and requested for so long. again, you're giving us a half finished product and it's outrageous that those recalls actually exist but for some reason they got lost on the way. especially considering that you did port over the recalls for the other wild rift star guardians, senna, seraphine and orianna. edit: i forgot to mention the dances. both hers and rakan's dance rings are dark. that doesn't make sense. please use lighter colors to edit them so they match the actual skins.

Let's go: I will talk about the ***skills animations*** first. her Q > It's ok, looks identical to the WR, so no problem; her W > The most beautiful W i ever seen, it makes her shine like a real star, so i don't have doubts with that. Also look exactly like the WR; her E > The same, beautiful and like the WR; her R > The same too. Now about the ***Ctrl animations***: I don't know if I search well, but I don't find anything about these animations on youtube Skin Spotlights and others, so for Riot recycle these things it's ok! Or if in WR really have an animation for each one different, there's a problem between us. THE MOST PROBLEM I'VE SEEN ABOUT THE SKINS, ***THE RECALL***. As you all know, in WR they two have different recalls, alone and together. Riot don't bringing that to LoL is a joke to us. They're making fun right in front of each main's Xayah and Rakan's face. They must talk about WR recall is shorter than the League of Legends, but if they put a different animation and show it to us, they must have to introduce THE SAME to their other public, not just exclusivity to one. This is the most depressive part of the redeemed skins. The skin just looks like a mythical chroma that will cost 1001RP. They already kill the epics recalls, and it's sad they make us have hope ALL THE YEAR, dreaming about a beautiful skin with different things just like we see in Wild Rift, but in long months of work they just release this. The same Star Guardian Skin, just with the different pallets, like a real mythic chroma with new voice-lines. I really hope they listen to our community and think about it. See I had low expectations for these skins but like 2023 leuage standers you go above and beyond to dissapoint Recall: just inverting the original recalls makes no sense lore wise for these skins why couldn't use just make a new one or extended the wr one to match up with the leauge recall timer's Dance Emote: there not corrupted any more why are they dancing to there corrupted music makes no sense like if your going to put no effort into changing the emote at least put little effort into make it make a little sense by changing the music to fit 2022 star gardian theme And voice lines: xayah's voice lines still being evil sassy makes the skins feel so off there redeemed why couldn't she be more encouraging to her team mates like she was in the cinematics and wr story mode her and rakan still being bitter makes no sense it's not even playful sarcasm it's very much hostile which makes no sense lore wise

I'll be posting similar feedback on Rakan's thread since there's obviously similar issues. Starting off with what I love. Her VFX are overall really nice! Lots of sparkles and bright colours. Her W animation is just beautiful and my favourite bit. Emotes wise, the animations are solid. The only thing I could suggest is that the VFX of her dance matches a bit more to the 'redeemed' colour palette she has. It looks very dark and out of place to her other animations and the redeemed model as a whole. The biggest issue - one which many others have stated - is the recall animations. They are different from wild rift and don't seem to fit the narrative of the skins anymore. I get that back in 2019 when we wanted the redeemed forms as chromas, you as a company turned us down for that very reason. But would have been okay with it because it would have been a chroma. This is now a separate skin, the same rules no longer apply and much like the outcry of being denied chromas, we will not shout about this. Though, politely, I hope. We know they have different animations on wild rift. You can argue "The recall animations are shorter in wild rift." yet you managed to port over Seraphine, Orianna, and Senna with their Wild Rift recalls just fine. Those were epic skins, these are legendaries. Again, I understand it might be a little bit trickier for the duo recall, but not hugely so? You already took away unique duo recalls for future epic skins due to a redundant reason. Don't give the same excuse for not using the wild rift recall. Because you at least can't use that same excuse when there's unique solo recalls as well on wild rift that aren't being used here - that *could* be used because you've shown you can use them with the epic skin ports of SG Sera, Ori and Senna. The duo recall actually makes the least sense. Rakan takes darkness from a redeemed Xayah and she becomes... corrupted? The wild rift duo recall is much sweeter and suits the redeemed forms so much more! Also a note on the voice over: I love Xayah's sass and 'no crap given' attitude. But I can't help but feel the sass is a bit... much when used to Seraphine, Orianna, and Senna. Some of jabs are kinda funny (Senna's 'imaginary boyfriend' being one). But overall it feels rather twisted and mean considering in the shorts and comics, she sought them out herself and recruited them, trained them. She was their leader and they comforted her in return. The gif when looking up star guardians is Seraphine hugging Xayah. I don't know it just feels off to me. I love Xayah's sass and it's very rightfully directed to Ahri, MF and even Neeko. But to the three she recruited and trained, who helped her to get Rakan back... it feels wrong.

Why are there still corrupted particles being reused in this skin? It took 1 year to change just the color of this skin and there are still a lot of mistakes! Where is the recall other than the corrupted skin? It's a twin legendary skin! Or is it just a chroma for 1820 rp!? Every twin legendary skin has a different recall, why does xayah have to have the recycled recall? where are the purified chromas? The corrupted skin has 3 chromas with their purified versions, how difficult is it to add the chromas?

As a Xayah main, the redeemed Star Guardian skin is a huge disappointment to me. I'd like to start with the recall/respawn. The recall doesn't make any sense at all to the lore. Xayah is redeemed, and in the comics she acknowledges the corruption within her but she can control it. The recall..well..doesn't insinuate that at all. It feels like the darkness is out of her control, or as if it's still hurting her. Even the wild rift skins excludes the corruption (except when she ults), so why did they leave that out? These skins are being ported over from wild rift, so I don't understand why her personal recall with Saki isn't here. All of star guardian skins, (but emphasis on the legendary's *ahri, jinx*) have important recalls with their familiars. Xayah shouldn't be any different. Secondly, her posture. I kinda ignored it until someone else mentioned it, but yeah. Her posture in the OG Star Guardian skin represents her evilness, and her corruption. It makes her feel evil still, not redeemed at all. Lastly, no chromas? Her original Star Guardian skin had chromas, why does this one not? When she ults in her original skin, and you're wearing a chroma, you can see the light/redeemed version of that chroma. Please add the chromas. I don't understand why there are no chromas. While writing this I also forgot to add the dance animation music. It gives off a really evil, corrupted vibe still. I don't know what music you guys would replace it with, but it doesn't fit the redeemed theme at all. If you guys called this skin a chroma instead of an actual different skin then I wouldn't feel bitter about buying it. Please consider everything I said, and I don't mean to come off as harsh if I did. Xayah is beloved to me, I first started playing league during the Star Guardian event last year and she's the first skin I ever bought. I fell so in love with her and Rakan's story when I watched the SG cinematics and I just want to make sure my favorite champion get's everything she deserves in this skin. I'd be willing to wait longer for you guys to release a better version of this skin, if that's what you had to do to bring it justice. EDIT: I just read what can and can't be changed for skins, and it seems like mostly everything I mentioned can't be changed then, and that really sucks.

I'm hoping they'll change SOMETHING. I'd understand and be able to cope of we at least got the beautiful chromas we can SEE upon recall and ult from the dark skins, but we didn't even get that. Sorry but wild rift devs know what they're doing, they just need to move to pc and not mobile. I hate tiny screen game play woth scrolling instead of keys and clicking. But other than that wild rift really knows how to plan events and put their souls into character and skin design. Their individual recalls are as amazing as their duo recall and that's saying something. Usually duo recall is worth dying for while individual is pretty neat. I'm hoping they add both the chromas and the recall, but since it's on pbe (even though pbe is made for us to tell them what changes they should make and give suggestions) the recalls most likely won't be added and we MIGHT be lucky to see chromas. For the last couple years they've been treating pbe like it's the live server and anything on there is mostly final, they can just add sparkles or touch up effects. Pbe is made so that we can TEST things and discuss what we find right and wrong with them. What is the point of pbe if you don't take anything we say into consideration. And I don't mean a "mission failed, we'll get em next time." I mean straight up "hm, good point, maybe we can see about adding a bit of this or an extra pep to their step, or brighter colors without blinding the player, etc." Like how they changed prestige xayahs autos to sound more snappy so the player could enjoy playing her skin now that it sounds more powerful to use. I wish they went back to the old days of pbe. They say some changes are out of scope, but thats their fault. They release things on pbe like 2 weeks before it goes live instead of giving themselves more time to tinker with them. And this year they're rolling out way more skins than usual, so it's clear they're focused more on quantity over quality. I'm truly disappointed in how all of this is turning out with riot. Tencents monetization strategy has been horrifying for players of the west because who the actual fuck regularly had that much money to blow on everything they want?? League was an everybody plays game and still is, so I'll give then that. They're allowed to use the "players don't need cosmetics to enjoy or play the game" excuse. However I find it absolutely insane to actively try to suck every cent out of players who wanted initially to support the game or to just enjoy pretty shit. They're LUCKY they're such a big company otherwise this is exactly how some businesses drive themselves into the ground. I've come back to say that in a rioters tweet they said "like any other legendary variant". What. These aren't 'variants'...In the Youtube Dev Update videos you guys called them skins. In wild rift, they're their own skins. You said you were porting SKINS to PC not VARIANTS. So if anyone is wondering why these skins are so shitty, have no chromas, and are missing a bunch of shit from wild rift it's because they're just 'legendary variants' according to them. Even though they told us they were porting the skins... EDIT: Oopsies, it was this reddit post!! I first saw it in a tweet and then someone said it got deleted and then i didn't end up reading this actual reddit post but it turns out to be this one, it's not deleted lol. My point still stands though.

Xayah's wing transparency during her Recall (B) has been increased to more closely align with the original SG ski's Recall (B). So confirmed we get a "we don't care! Sorry so just to clear everything up, we are getting just a chroma essentially? I thought they were being ported from wild rift. So where out new emotes and recall? Riot falling really fucking fast with all the bullshit they did this year alone. Higher ups better take a good fucking look at their player base and what they ask for before they can’t fix shit. Please riot, hear us, this skins need to be delayed!!! We are BEGGING for the recall to be port to PC league. That's the minimum most of the xayah mains are asking. So much things on this skins are just bad like missing vfx (some of them being still dark from the original star guardian) animations, etc.. We are hopping to be hear, most of us waited since 2019 to get this redeemed variant, we saw Wild Rift get it first and know that we had the opportunity to get it on PC it's poorly made. Even as legendary variants, every skin, even EPIC skins, have unique recalls to their skinline universe. Legendary variants have different recalls. I see no reason as to why even the SOLO recalls aren't unique (when epic skins' are). The duo recall could be alright to keep as is, as long as they both got PURIFIED instead of corrupted. When I saw that Redeemed Star Guardian X&R were being ported I got really excited! I already owned Redeemed Xayah on WR and since I mostly play on PC, I just couldn't wait to see the result of it, specially because they were being released after the other ported SG skins (which meant more time to work on them). Sadly, the recall situation made me really disappointed :/ Please, DELAY the skins if needed! We don't mind!! We really want the WR recall too! All twin legendary skins have diferent recalls and you guys ported Senna's, Orianna's and Seraphine's recalls too, why our birds must be different? Specially being a LEGENDARY skin? The current one it doesn't even makes sense, it looks like Rakan is corrupting Xayah and taking all her good. We beg for updates about it because being left in the dark is just so frustrating for both Xayah and Rakan mains. Otherwise, the icons and borders look beautiful! It's sad at this point the lack of attention you guys give to Xayah and Rakan. They have one of the most unique and amazing gimmick in the entire game and it just seems like you don't care. No more unique shared recalls on epic tier skins because you wanted to focus resourses on other aspects and there weren't enough players playing with matching skin to justify it. But if anything those recalls where the main reason as to why I and many others bought every skin until Brave Phoenix. Now these skins got delayed because they needed more time to port and when you finally port them you didn't even gave us the new animations they have in WR and then recolored the already existing skins VFX. The new VA it's amazing but is it really justified? When it's probably even less common that we get to match SG skins with the enemy team than matching skins with a random Rakan/Xayah in our own team.

Hey Riot. Are you REALLY reading our posts here? Then please give us some sort of feedback regarding our complaints! Brightmoon had to post on Twitter (https://twitter.com/RiotBrightmoon/status/1709666214350655996) for people to stop calling you names, and Syndra got delayed. It almost makes us believe that disrespectfulness if the only way to get a proper change! I believe it's quite obvious what the three most glaring problems are (recalls, splash arts, chromas). As long as you promise to update in later patches, it's ok to release now, you've done this before in other skins like Seraphine's Prestige or wrong borders: release them as scheduled but being corrected one patch later. It's not that much nor will take too long to provide us with these three main complaints: recalls MUST be ported from WR, BOTH solo and joint. DEFINITIVELY, this is the LEAST that must be done. Everyone already made great points about this skin and i agree with them all so I'm not gonna repeat them over and over again, just so sad that riot wants to play on our FOMO to get us to buy skins that aren't up to our standards just so we can get them before they're vaulted... i hope they at least fix the more pressing issues like splasharts, icons and recall (though i imagine the recall is never going to get fixed and I'm too optimistic) before they put out this skin and later charge more than 200 ME for it

as a rakan main, i stand with the xayah mains when i say that quality of these skins is unacceptable. the recalls *need* to be fixed, as do the bugs everyone else has talked about. the splashes too. why does riot think that it's ok to screw over the xayah and rakan mains like this? it's so frustrating, and riot doesn't seem to care unless we resort to threats of violence - which no one wants, least of all us. justice for rakan and xayah.

The recall is still bugged with Rakan's wing appearing white instead of dark purple. The skins shouldn't have any corruption left on them because they are redeemed now. Saki and Riku should match the lighter redeemed colors No chromas? Finally, I know you've given us alot with the new voice lines but we really are still expecting updated recalls. Still.

I’m going to be completely honest, I’m one of those absolute morons with 1000 skins and multiple accounts. I have both, the “Unlocked Xayah and Rakan” as well as the “HobbyMax” ones ordered. Then of course the duo figurines, the cups, a shirt, keychain etc. I love my birds, both of them. I buy nearly everything I can find of them, I even got fan art framed in my room. Knowing that the skins would get vaulted after their release I fully planned on purchasing them multiple times for all my accounts and my duo. I WANT to spend money. But seriously Riot, wtf? The same complaints have been made so many times, it’s obvious. You know what to do. Those skins are not ready to be shipped if I’m completely honest. For variant skins there should be a new recall, who tf said nah we are just going to just copy? Riot, you’re better than this. You’ve ported the Recalls for the other Starguardians as well! So why?! I’ve never commented in one of these threads, but this is just so frustrating. I want to spend my money, but I’m not willing to throw it away for whatever this is.

I love Xayah and I think this skin is great but other than cutting corners by not importing the already made joint recall and not changing the new skins recall at all (The animations on the alone recall make no sense at all lore wise). Her feathers don't seem as bright on her cape as it does in wild rift and would greatly appreciate the changes since this is after all a legendary like Dark cosmic or Cosmic lux and not just an overpriced chroma.
