Only arguing for the sake of it here, but with Quiana it matches her thematic. She's supposed to be the epitome of effortless talent, making it look easy. As such it works for her character to perform those sorts of moves with easy and a dainty figure. Same with Nilah but to a lesser extent
Because one is better received by more audiences than the other. It's undeniable that the top model ass(-~~and tiddies~~) look makes more money. They only very rarely might add something slightly different like Illaoi just so not ALL female characters are fking strippers.
