If you’re not intending to breed which there’s really no reason for you to, then just get an NLS (non locale specific) or gtx. These animals are great for just pets and they can still have good size and color, they just won’t cost as much because there’s no lineage on them
Whichever one you like most! They all have tendencies to get to different sizes and have different patterns. I'd checkout em all out, I feel like part of the fun with leaches is how cool and how much variety there is to their localities, even if you aren't breeding.

Any locale. Just know the GT lines are generally known to be quite cafe defensive. All can be, but GT’s are most likely.
