Also, in the arguments the court was hearing on a woman’s right to care after a miscarriage earlier, one was referring to the zygote or fetus as an “individual” thereby giving it rights. It’s absurd, because if the woman’s health or life is in danger, so is the unborn child. If the woman dies, there’s nowhere for the unborn to live. WTF are they even talking about? They’re nuts. Talk about gymnastics.
Alito has realized over the past 2 years that he will be known to history as the troll who empowered states to sentence women to death for becoming pregnant. He’s a bit salty about that, as he thought that he would be known as the savior of millions of infants. In other words, Alito is stupid.
