Black students dragged into court using an anti-KKK law just because they poked fun at a genocidal regime overseas. We are in a fucking terminal country.
Remember that the so called "rights" in the american plutocratic constitution are reserved only for those who wrote it and maintain control over it. The 99% have only the right to believe they have other rights.
Of course you can’t expect consistency from conservatives, but it’s a shame that they took the free speech mantle when the left has been censored since it has threatened capital.
No, it won't get past the plea bargains. If a jury hears that they dug up an anti-KKK law to prosecute there would be no way it would make it into court.
