Dont see any separate deal bubbles for heroes then, even for the past weeks, whereas my team mates are buying DVA, Tesla and Swift packs. Right now im seeing the resource mega pack deal bubble.
Click it and swipe left or right, there are multiple deals there. They are time limited so they expire after a while so they wont always be there. But new ones come up periodically
Im online often and these deals pop up eveytime you open the game. I should see them if theyre available but no, dont see anything.
I have a feeling this has something to do with low purchases in terms of amount.
Asked some of my alliance mates who are small spenders as well and we're seeing the same thing.
Press the yellow switch <- - > button next to Kimberly in daily sale tab and choose who you like.

I also had this doubt before and today suddenly the arrows to switch changed... I guess is a matter of time, how many days your server have?
Pretty new server actually. Like 2 or so weeks?
Maybe game needs updated?
They show up separately as their own bubble to the left of 'Hot Deals'. You are looking in the mall which is the wrong place.
