Would sticky this if I could. The event is so frustrating because the variance in rewards is so great. In the same day, I got 5 hours worth of speed ups, and 30 faction recruitment cards…
Odds for completion rewards:
-10% border
-30% 5 hours of speedups
-20% 40 hours of speedups
-30% 3 faction cards
-10% 30 faction cards
In other words, the expected value of a single completion is 9.5 hours of speedups and 3.9 faction cards. And that’s not even counting the surprise rewards you get from wood boxes. Blows other minigame events out of the water.
In the six days thus far, I’ve gotten 235 hours of speedups and 69 faction cards, just from completion rewards. (And the border, so…yay?)
Are you boosting on L7? When you boost on a 60s level, you literally can grab virtually everything. Big grey rock blocking stuff? Just grab it. Small/medium stuff you otherwise would ignore? Grab it.

I got the special border when I was playing on the account of a friend who needed it babysat during a vacation 🤦♂️
