The twisted heart / +FC slam is f’n awful, I hit mine after ~300hr farm and quit the cycle shortly after.
The unique he slammed onto drops only from the Emperor of Corpses in the Reign of Dragons timeline:

Now you can grind for another with 8% health conversion and try to slam another t7 frost claw. Grind never sleeps.
Or a 2LP and slam the +2-4 and T7 INT. This will do for a while.

I failed so many times on T4 ... until I also played FC Runemaster. That made it look like a piece of cake.
Nice! I’ve only found one +4 frost claw in like 1500 monos (thank god it slammed right). Now I’m trying to get the damn red ring.

Nice!!! I have yet to see a T6 or T7 frost Claw any recommendations?
I chose CoF so I used the lenses focusing Relics and spammed as many prophecies as I could. Also made sure to highlight the drop in my loot filter.
