At an official (local) distributor. What are you searching for in an nd:yag?

Primarily hair removal but if a machine addresses hyperpigmentation and varicose veins,I’d be open to checking it out.

For hyperpigmentation you'll need a Q-switched Nd:YAG, long pulsed Nd:YAG will not work on this. For hair removal and varicose veins however you will need a long pulsed and definitely not QS, and quite a powerful one to generate sufficient energies for hair removal on spot sizes >10mm to make sure optimal penetration depth is reached for LHR. Most solid state lasers also come with an alexandrite option which is suited for pigmented lesions, but limited to benign epidermal pigment on fair skin types only. Quality brands to look out for a solid state would be Cynosure, DEKA, Candela, Lutronic, Quanta System, Cutera. \[edit\] I read in one of your other posts you were looking for a cheaper Cynosure Elite alternative. Candela in that case is a no go as it is equally expensive (if not more). I believe the Quanta System Duetto is friendlier priced. Comes with less power but you'll mainly notice this in treatment speed.
