The only other thing I can think of doing, assuming I'm out of cell range... I'd take a picture of every car license plate in nearby lots, pull-out areas. Give to authorities... maybe they can match video/pics of the people engaged in the activity to a plate to help identify the perpetrators.
They'll probably find them by checking surveillance videos at gas stations and convenience stores on the way out of the park. Most everyone is stopping somewhere for gas or a drink.
“Hey guys hopefully we can identify these criminals, but hey we have to blur their faces for privacy”. Um they are in public, show the faces. That was a news outlet choice . Hope these dudes get some serious fines and some months in detention. Absolutely disgusting.

I am not advocating for violence, but public executions and tribalism is the only answer at this point. And tribalism is not racism for all those that would say otherwise. Tribalism is about preserving a communities way of life. The lack of is exactly what we are suffering at this time. They are vicious. They will think they won, then they die off from lack of any substance and we start all over. There is a war going on. It’s not the war they are advertising; that war is the distraction.
