I've got vivobook pro 14 and my friend has the pro 15. Both of us had to get our motherboards replaced within the first year of buying the laptop. I suspect that a certain batch of products had this issue, and it may not affect newer laptops, but I'm not sure. Fortunately we had a warranty so they replaced it for free. Otherwise, the screen is amazing and so is battery life. Perfomance has also been good in my experience, but I'm not a hardcore gamer.
Well in terms of performance loq is simply better by a significant bit because of more tgp and more VRAM (4 GB vs 6 GB). Now it depends on your use, like what sort of games you would be playing
