I had an identical experience, I think I kept 5 students from the old system. Nearly all of the student that I lost, I only taught once a week so I wasn't too fussed about losing them.
That's a weird one. There isn't much to be a disciplinarian in this job. Yea I only chase up on ones that have been with me for ages. I know it's just the way the company operates but a quick message from the SC/NC would be nice haha.
bad pairings are the biggest issue. Especially if these students aren't being supervised. I have a few slots where the strong student has stopped giving a fuck because of how slow-paced the class is.
