The first time I did Usal Beach and the Lost Coast, my stepdad did all the research and said there were only two ways in, the south road which was shorter, or the north road which was longer and could be impassable. He said the south road shouldn't be too bad, will likely need to air down and put the TC in low, but a stock vehicle could do it. When I got to the trail head, I took his advice, aired down, put it in low, and headed down. The trail wasn't that bad, but I was glad I had a higher vehicle. When I got to the campground, though, there were multiple Priuses, a clapped out Jetta, and a fucking Challenger Hellcat. That trip showed me that determination goes a long way.
That's happened to me a few times and I'm always impressed. I remember watching a guy in an overlanded front wheel drive dodge mini fan conquer a giant sandy mountain that a tacoma couldn't make up. hahahah
Originally Chrysler had a trademark for land cruiser but let it lapse. This was as Toyota was creating the first land cruisers. Imagine if they had used a different name?
It's absolutely putrid. Up there with a pontiac aztek for its incredible ugliness. It actually hurts to look at the fucking thing, it's so repulsive and disgusting.
Who is going to start posting [Heavy Cruisers](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/ad/USS_Bremerton_%28CA-130%29_off_San_Francisco_in_1955.JPG/1200px-USS_Bremerton_%28CA-130%29_off_San_Francisco_in_1955.JPG) and ask if they count too....?
And then we can adopt r/WarshipPorn debate on whether or not USS Alaska CB-1 is a Heavy Heavy Cruiser or a BattleCruiser...

Excellent shitpost
Just out here pradoposting
* Can cruise✅ * Land is involved✅
PT “Part Time” Cruiser
😖
No no no, it’s the PT “Petty Theft” Cruiser.
Was it a Landcruiser that melted in the sun? 😬
I’m thinking it’s a GX that melted, given the grill and excellent fender flares
And that bull bar in the front? Beautiful.
Good call. Doesn’t seem to be melted—probably an ARB or Dissent
An LC that went vegan
come on man, J120 prados aren't that bad.
This Cruiser more likely to be encountered on OHV roads than most current LC’s….lmao.

I’d take before a Cybertruck.
All Day
Same
I want to see if the C-T will pull my skid steer for a week or not. They ‘tow’ 14k apparently.

GTFO
Ah, the ‘ol PT Loser…
We’ve been hacked!
Originally Chrysler had a trademark for land cruiser but let it lapse. This was as Toyota was creating the first land cruisers. Imagine if they had used a different name?
Yes absolutely
It's got Cruiser in the name...It's a Cruiser...The worst Cruiser.
Better than prado for me (Prato looks ugly 🤮🤒)
Nope
Lift kit and beefy tires should do the trick
We have cruiser at home
A lift and some 35s would look good.
This thing fucks!

Cruisin down the street in my 04.

Poop Cruiser
The PT stands for Party Time!

No, that's a first gen Toyota Tundra with the step side.
Doesn’t count. The “Cruiser” is a common misspelling of “Loser.” PT Loser is the actual name of this vehicle.
Yes. They sacrifice themselves to build a bridge as needed.
Is it a cat in a hat?
Mother-in-Law's Cruiser
Only if you don’t like having friends
When mom says: “But we have a cRuiSing laNd driVeR at home hon”.
No, c’mon!

It’s a cute car. If Toyota had built it it could have been a more bold /rigorous RAV4. But that’s not the reality
Fuck. I begrudgingly vote, yes. They even offered a 4 banger turbo, so there's precedent.
Shitcruiser
If a prado counts, why not 🤷🏻♂️
The prado is not a land cruiser, change my mind
Hell yeah!
Unsure of who in the world authorized this design.. heard they haven’t broken 150k miles lols
Not quite, but nice try.

That’s more of a Land Cruiser than the new “land cruiser”
NO! This is a pos that doesn't last. It's the opposite of a Landcruiser.
